He was angry at Jimin. The punishment was a bit harsh. That's what he had come to terms with.

So if there is no touching then there is no need to talk to each other. He was not going to talk to Jimin until the other realises his fault.

He want to punish Jimin just like he punished him. Let's see who can take the punishment better.
