Chapter 16

Bill drove us to Loren and we headed to her apartment building.

"For how long will I be kidnapped?" I asked Bill with a sarcastic smile.

Bill smiled back and responded "well now you're not being kidnapped, you're doing this to find your friend" he said.

Smart response. "But if I'd try to run away now would you try to stop me?" I said.

"Maybe" Bill answered smiling. "You know, Tom came up with this plan. And it's perfect, I mean you really don't have a choice cuz you're new here, don't know anyone and you want to find your friend. And she's with the guy we want to find. It's a win win. And I know Tom wouldn't be so happy if his plan didn't work out" Bill added explaining Toms plan.

"I guess I'll just pack everything" I said. I didn't have a lot of stuff with me anyways since I knew I could just borrow Loren's.

I grabbed Loren's key from underneath the doormat, went in and packed my suitcase.

Bill was waiting for me in the kitchen looking around in her apartment.

I decided to change in some low waist sweatpants and a tank, with a zip over it.
As I was changing I saw Bill peeking through the door gap.

"I can see you Bill" I said turning around, I wasn't completely naked so it didn't matter.

"Sorry, thought you were done. You write songs? " he asked holding up my notebook. "West coast?" He added.

"Ey" I said waving my hand for him to give me my notebook.

He reached out his hand to give it to me but as I grabbed the notebook he didn't let go. "Only if you'll sing for me sometime" he said.

"Never" I answered smiling.

"Then I won't give it back" he stated.

"Bill" I said.

"I'll keep it safe for you don't worry" he said pulling my notebook back. I didn't have anything embarrassing written down so I don't care.

"Whatever" I finally answered.

Before we went back to Bills car i grabbed a wine bottle from Loren's fridge.
It made me sad being back in Loren's apartment, without her. I was worried she was hurt. I really needed to get her back.

On our way back to their place, we listen to music and honestly it was fun.
Bill was different from Tom.

I spotted a pack of cigs in Bills car. "Can I have one?" I asked Bill.

"Yeah, and give me one" He answered.

We smoked and listened to music, he was driving fast. I liked being with Bill, he made me feel safe.

Me and Bill were sitting in his room, on his big bed watching a movie. His room was cool. He had a different style and that made him stand out, in a good way.

We heard Tom make some sus noises with his *guest*. Which made us laugh from time to time.
I began to think. Tom was so sweet to me in the beginning. I would lie if I said I never had thought of us being together. He was hot, strong, funny and smart, however also a hoe.

I guess he planned this from the beginning. He knew I was Loren's friend and I fitted perfectly for his plan. He just wanted to use me.

"You good?" Bill asked looking at me. He probably noticed I was zoning out.

"Yeah, just thinking about everything that happened this week" i said grabbing the wine bottle. "Want more wine?" I asked.

"Sure" he said giving me his wineglass with a smile.
