Dylan and Carmie are lying on the roof.
"I can't believe summer is almost over," Dylan says.
"I just want to enjoy our last day away from Leanna asking about my abilities."
"Yeah, it's weird but nice that she is Kev's manager," Dylan says.
"I don't know if Kev would say it's nice," Carmie says.
Both of them laugh.
Carmie's phone goes off.
"Kev's back!" Carmie says, sitting back up as she reads the text.
After reading the rest of the message, Carmie groans.
"What?"
"Leanna wants to know what happened at Fan-Con; I know that she deserves the truth, but with her, you know, being addicted to social media, I can't risk my secret getting out," Carmie says.
"Not to mention, other hunters will be after you," Dylan says.
"That too."
"I guess we better meet Kev before Leanna uses his phone to nag at us," Dylan says, getting up and putting his hand out for Carmie.
"Thanks," Carmie says, taking his hand.
"We should take the fast way," Dylan says.
"Okay, get ready," Carmie says, picking him up before flying into the sky.
Carmie lands in an alley close to the comic book store and they walk the rest of the way.
"Welcome to Hammer and Tong," The Collector says as they walk into the comic book store.
"Hey, Collector, we need Kev," Carmie says.
"He is in the back working on his new comic," The Collector says, hiding what his employee is really doing from the humans.
"Thanks," Dylan says for them as they head to the back of the store.
"Kev, so glad you're back," Carmie goes and hugs her friend.
"Woah, woah, no touching my client," Leanna says.
"Dude, what are you doing?"
"Finding the Warrior Fairies issue of Mythics," Kev says, going through boxes of comics.
"I have no clue what he is talking about, but I want to know what happened at Fan-Con," Leanna says.
"I know you deserve the truth," Carmie starts.
"I had her promise not to live-stream anything you say and not to live-stream when you are around," Kev says.
"Will she be able to do that?" Dylan asks.
"Actually, I've gotten better. I've cut my live-streams to one a day," Leanna says.
"It's true," Carmie says, looking at Leanna's social media.
"Well, if she does, you haven't tried a new drink, and Leanna might be a good taste," Dylan jokes.
The comment scares Leanna.
"Come on, let's go to the football field," Carmie says.
"You guys go, I'm going to find that issue; we never know when Tristan will return," Kev says.
"Right," Dylan says.
The three of them leave the comic book store.
