The user can produce a ball-like shield of any colour around themselves or other people, which is hard to break through and soundproof. Inside these shields, the user can still move freely but cannot escape the confines of the shield until they willingly discard it. (This quirk sounds similar to Violet's shield ball from the Incredibles but it's not inspired by that)
Quirk Type - Emitter
Best suited for - Defence (No clue how else it could be used, a quirk like this is only really good for stopping people from getting injured)
Drawbacks - Creating these shields takes energy, and creating too many will make the user feel drowsy.
Possible Hero/Villain names -
Sphere
Shield/guard etc (kinda boring tbh)
I can't really think of any, but hero names don't always have to be about the quirk, could be a name that connects to your oc like a nickname or something
