If the user whistles (either with their lips or an actual whistle), they can teleport anywhere they can picture in their mind. (Hence the idea of it being a tour)
Quirk Type - Emitter
Best suited for - Generalist (only useful for getting around, whatever else they do with it is up to them)
Drawbacks - As is said, the places they can teleport have to be clearly pictured in their mind or it doesn't work.
