The user can transfer a small fragment of their consciousness to any solid surface through touch, and when they do, they create a new perspective to look through wherever they have placed it. They can cycle through these perspectives by blinking, similar to cycling through an old-style of camera, and these fragments will appear on the surface as 2d glowing eyes. For example, if they placed an "eye" on their kitchen wall, facing their sink, and walked to a different room, upon blinking, they could see the sink from the exact angle and distance they placed the "eye."
Quirk Type - Emitter
Best suited for - Reconnaissance
Drawbacks - Being that the eyes are part of their conscious and an extension of their photographic memory, creating too many will cause headaches.
