The user is born with a kite attached to their back by a long string that comes from somewhere within their spine. This string can be wrapped around a small piece of bone that juts out of their lower back to shorten it, similar to how a normal kite can be dragged in/let further by its string. This kite can be used by its owner to take flight, and is made of a durable material, allowing it to hold their weight without ripping. If the user improves their balance and ability to extend or limit the string quickly, they can fly at incredible speeds without crashing.
Quirk Type - Mutant
Best suited for - Rescue (High mobility and ability to see disasters from above)
Drawbacks - The kite is just like a normal limb, so overusing it will cause the user's back to ache or feel strained, therefore it can't be used constantly and must be rested occasionally.
