The user was born with wheels attached to their feet, allowing them to move constantly as though they were roller skating. These wheels can rotate and don't hurt to move on, as they aren't covered by skin or nerves, and the user can travel at high speeds with them so long as they have good enough balance.
Quirk Type - Mutant
Best suited for - Rescue (their quirk would give them high mobility and allow them to move swiftly to get victims transported)
Drawbacks - The user will need to keep these wheels in good condition, as overuse may cause them to dull or go rough, making them harder to move smoothly on.
Possible Hero/Villain names -
Skater
Blade (like rollerblades)
Roller-Rink
Tbh they're a mostly speed based hero/villain so you could probably have speed based hero names too e.g. Zoom, Flash etc
Extra -
** The user would ideally have to have their shoes custom made to have holes in the bottom to get their wheels through, but for a costume (hero or villain doesn't really matter) they could have shoes made to look like the top of roller skates.
** All the quirks in this book can obviously also be used for civilians so if your oc lives a more ordinary life, this quirk would be cool for someone who works in a roller cafe (those things where the servers skate around) but of course, they can do whatever job they like.
