The user can extend a mental field around themselves in which no sound can enter, and any noise made within this field will be undetectable, making it completely silent. This quirk could be good for countering sound-based attacks as they would be rendered useless (such as Present Mic's quirk) or even just for creating a quiet space to study in.
Quirk Type - Emitter
Best suited for - Defence (Like I say, countering sound/voice quirks is mostly all this could do in combat)
Drawbacks - The user has to concentrate to keep the field up, and it's a tiring process if it's up too long.
