The user can replicate all the acquired spoken knowledge of languages from people of other countries via physical contact. They do not automatically understand all of the slang and terms used within that language but can fluently speak it and understand it when it's spoken back to them. The physical contact they require is simple skin-to-skin, so even brushing bare shoulders with someone who speak a different language will allow the user to develop fluency in it.
Quirk Type - Emitter (one of those quirks that doesn't quite fit into any of the 3 categories so emitter is just kinda the broad term)
Best suited for - Social (unlikely to be used for a big-time hero or villain but I guess that suits it the most 😭😭)
Drawbacks - Once they have acquired the language, they will retain it so long as they practice using it frequently, or else they will eventually struggle to speak it, much like forgetting a language in real life.
