The user emits a gas from their skin that put people in a trance, replaying some of their happiest memories. The more gas the affected person inhales, the longer they're in that daze.
Quirk Type - Emitter
Best suited for - Social / Rescue (not rescuing people per say but like therapising them after the struggle)
Drawbacks - Emitting too much gas can cause the user to feel depressed and dismal, like they've gave away all their happiness (technically they have)
