Taylors POV:

Travis had whisked us away to a secluded spot after dinner, where the golden hues of the setting sun painted the sky with an ethereal glow. It was nothing short of magical.

As he parked the car, Travis gallantly opened the door for me, his hand extended like a chivalrous knight. I couldn't help but chuckle at his gentlemanly gesture.

"You're boosting my ego, Trav!" I teased as I stepped out of the car.

He grinned in response.

"If it makes you happy."

My heart swelled with affection as Travis spread out a picnic blanket on the soft grass, creating a cozy nook for us to nestle in. I snuggled up beside him, feeling the warmth of his presence

enveloping me.

"It's so romantic," I remarked, taking in the tranquil ambiance around us.

Travis sat up suddenly, and I protested playfully, reluctant to disrupt our comfortable cocoon.

"I have a little surprise..." he said with a mischievous twinkle in his eye.

"What is it?" I asked, curiosity piqued.

"Turn around," he instructed.

Obeying his command, I turned to find a magnificent grey arabian horse standing before us, its majestic presence taking my breath away.

"Travis, you didn't..." I trailed off, my eyes widening in disbelief as I beheld the stunning horse standing before me. I couldn't believe my eyes.

"I had to! You said you've always wanted one!" Travis exclaimed, his eyes shining with excitement.

I shook my head in awe, slowly approaching the magnificent creature. I had dreamt of owning a horse for years, but the demands of my career had always made it seem like an impossible

fantasy.

"What's its name?" I asked, running my hand along the horse's sleek neck.

"It's a girl. Her name is Ivy," Travis replied, a proud smile gracing his lips.

I couldn't help but chuckle at the reference to my song, "Ivy."

"I assume her show name is 'Clandestine Meetings'?" I joked, referencing a lyric from the same song.

"Whatever you see fits," Travis replied with a grin.

I noticed Ivy was already tacked up, ready for a ride.

"Can I ride her?" I asked eagerly, barely able to contain my excitement.

"Do whatever you want," Travis replied, his enthusiasm matching mine.

With a gleeful grin, I grabbed the reins and swinging myself in the English saddle, feeling a rush of nostalgia as memories of my riding days flooded back to me.

"I don't think I can do that..." Travis chuckled, watching me with amusement.

"Maybe I'll get you a draft horse for your birthday," I joked back, my heart soaring with joy.

"Now, I'll show you real skill," I declared confidently.

I clicked my tongue and gently kicked Ivy's sides, urging her into a trot. Travis looked on in amazement as I circled him, reveling in the feeling of being back in the saddle.

"God, she has such a pretty gait. Why does she hold her tail so high, though?" Travis inquired, his curiosity piqued.

"She's an Arabian. It's natural for them," I explained, feeling a sense of pride in sharing my knowledge with him.

"Cool, cool," Travis nodded in understanding.

"Want me to go faster?" I asked mischievously, eager to push the limits of Ivy's speed.

"You can go faster?!" Travis exclaimed, his eyes widening in surprise.

With a playful grin, I positioned myself in a half-seat and urged Ivy into a graceful canter, the wind whipping through my hair as we raced across the open field.

I turned Ivy around once she had cantered a good distance, and we galloped back, the exhilaration coursing through my veins as we raced across the field. With a gentle pull on the

reins, we came to a smooth halt in front of Travis.

"She's perfect, Travis, perfect!" I beamed, sliding off of the mare and patting her neck

affectionately.

"I'm so glad!" Travis exclaimed, his eyes shining with pride and excitement.

Still clutching the reins in my hands, I hugged him tightly as he kissed the top of my head.

"I'm so excited," I admitted, feeling a surge of happiness.

"Where are we going to put her, Travis?" I asked, a hint of curiosity creeping into my voice.

"I already got a barn to board her at in the meantime," Travis replied with a mysterious smile.

"In the meantime? Travis, what do you have planned?" I inquired, my curiosity piqued.

"You'll see," he replied cryptically, his eyes twinkling with anticipation.

"He said, "Let's get out of this town
Drive out of the city, away from the crowds"
