Chapter 6

*I know you guys miss Chan, and I promise this is the final chapter of Felix's heart to heart with Hyunjin. I Just want you guys to understand the important details on what happened to Felix (Longer-Chapter-ahead)....

"It was so hard to pretend and plan my escape Hyunjin, but I had to, If I wanted to break free from his clutches, I needed to be strong and plan everything properly in my head, without him finding out. The day I finally found a way to begin my escape was when I just turned 20 as he decided to take me on another weekend away on his stupid yacht. I hated it, because water scared me, you remember when my parents almost drowned me as punishment at the age of 6?", he asked Hyunjin who gave him a nod in sorrow, "I remember Lix".

"Yibo knew I couldn't swim and that I detested water, but still, he took me there almost every month. I didn't know why, maybe it was to put more fear in me, who knows. So, as he drove us there, the route we normally took to his boat was closed off due to renovations, so we were led to take another route, where we entered this small local town with lot of small buildings surrounding it. One of those buildings had a swimming school logo on it, and somehow, I knew this was it"...

"when Yibo stopped at the at one of the streetlights, I remember stealing a glance at him, and noticed he was nervously clutching the steering wheel as he checked around the area for any suspicious people lurking around his Ferrari, and that was an opportunity for me to quickly memorize the number that was written outside that swimming school and save it into my memory. That's how I began to put my plan into motion.

"days passed, and I got lucky when he finally fully trusted me. I made him believe that my life was nothing without him. Even when he'd get angry over something else and take it out on me after doing his cocaine, I'll always apologize and console him afterwards by....by sleeping with him, even though deep down inside I was screaming and dying, but I had to play the part", Felix was about to continue, when Hyunjin's phone began to ring.

Hyunjin wiped away his tears and checked the caller I.D. before taking a breath to answer it.

Hyunjin: Hey Binnie.....

Changbin: Babe, ar...are you okay? You don't sound too good. Where are you, I found Chan drinking all by himself at the bar?......

Hyunjin: I'm fine Binnie, I'll explain everything when I get home. Just stay there with Chan and make sure he doesn't drink himself to death.....

Changbin: Should I be worried....

Hyunjin: You worry too much, I'll see you soon. Love you.....

Changbin: Okay, Love you too....But are you sure you're...[BEEP]...[BEEP]...[BEEP]

[Phone Disconnected]

Felix chuckled a bit at Hyunjin while shaking his head at him, "You still cut him off like that, I thought I told you to stop doing that", he told Hyunjin who shrugged his shoulders at him. "He worries too much", Hyunjin replied before they both looked at each other and burst out laughing. "I missed your laugh and smile Lix", Hyunjin said, causing Felix's smile to slowly fade as he lowered his head.

Hyunjin caressed his back in sadness, "Whoever that Yibo is, I hope he never gets to meet me or I swear I'll make him curse the day he was born!", he angrily told Felix who took a napkin wiping away his tears. "Tell me Lix, tell me how you got away from that monster", he said, causing Felix to drink a glass of water before continuing his sad story.

"two chinese guys that I was modeling with at the agency became good friends of mine, Zhao Lei and Sammy Chan. Yibo didn't like it at first, but came to let it go as his trust for me grew, just as long as I don't go sleeping over at their place or drinking with them. Those friends knew what I was going through and they told me they'll help me anyway they can, which I was grateful for at first, but soon, I came to regret it".....

"one of those guys, my friend Sammy saw me with black eye when Yibo and I entered the agency building one morning, and I guess he couldn't hold himself back anymore. So, he approached Yibo and pushed him while pointing and yelling at him about how he treats me. I pulled Sammy back while he continued shouting at him, but Yibo just stood there and began to laugh like a crazy person before heading to his office, just like that"......

"i was so scared, but yet relieved he didn't hurt Sammy or take his job from away. After a couple of days had gone by, Sammy didn't show up for work, causing me and my other friend Lei to get worried. So we decided on our lunch break to go check on him at his apartment since it was close to the agency. When we got there, the ambulance and police were surrounding the building. We asked one of his neighbor and,...and he said Sammy died, he hung himself in his apartment".....

Hyunjin widened his eyes in shock as he looked at Felix who continued. "We knew Hyunjin, we knew he had something to do with his death, because Sammy was such a happy person who had dreams and goals, places to travel. So what happened to Sammy made Lei want to help me out even more and get me as far away from Yibo as possible, because Lei said, if I don't leave him soon, he will end up killing me too"......

"so we planned, Lei helped me apply to the swimming school using my fake name, and even paid for it, so that Yibo doesn't track anything back to me. We even paid some of our colleagues and photographers who hated Yibo, inordrer to cover for me, during the days I was off from work so I can use that time for do lessons. (chuckle)... who knew, that after so much fear and hate of being near a pool or the ocean will be what saves my life".....

"Lei's boyfriend was an I.T. specialist, so he helped us with hacking the cameras, at the Villa so I can be able to practice using the indoor swimming pool when Yibo was away. We planted different bags filled with my fake passports, cash, phones and clothes, and food that I'll need once I run away. And since Yibo sailed in different locations as a Suprise to me, I bloody made sure made also those memorize all those locations in my head"......

"after my swimming progressed, I told Lei that I'll escape on my 21st that's coming up, since Yibo already told me he was taking me away that day, and I also knew we were going that stupid yacht again. So I planned to drug him that day, but....things turned sidedeways when he came barged inside our changing room at the agency while announcing my birthday Suprise, but to his detest he caught me and Lei hugging as we said our final goodbyes, but thank god he didn't catch on, he was beyond angry seeing a man lay his hand on me . I was so afraid, I thought he was really going to kill me along with Lei that day. So he waited, till we sailed far into the ocean before he started to beat me up again".....

"and I knew, it was now or never. So I used that chance to throw myself into the ocean and hid myself on the water behind the boat as he looked for me. I could hear him calling and crying out my name multiple times. When i finally heard him make a call to the ocean police, I used that opportunity to swim as far away as I could. It was hard being in the real ocean at night, but I kept telling myself to not stop and not quit. and after a long time swimming, I finally reached the shore. I couldn't believe it, It was the happiest day of my laugh, after 4 years of being imprisoned and tormented by him. And that's how I got away from him".

Hyunjin wiped away his tears before calming himself down and facing his weeping friend. "Felix, I knew deep down you wouldn't have just leave us like that, especially Chan. You gotta tell him. Even if he seemed angry seeing you by the ferry, it's because when he saw that you were safe and sound, he convinced himself that you really left on your own accord. He has to know Lix!", Hyunjin told him, while Felix wiped his tears and gave Hyunjin a small nod.

"I will, I need to use the restroom, I' don't feel well", Felix said with a pale face and trembling voice. As he stood up, he fainted on to the floor making Hyunjin scream out for help as he held his passed out friend in his arms.
