I'm Isabella Laroux and this is my story on how I fell for a guy who hung with the wrong people and how all that would change my life forever.
Monday, April 26
It was an average morning in Silver vale, Colorado. I went into school being acknowledge by many but still only had two people I actually talked too. I wasn't a very social person probably because I was only there for the education; after school I wouldn't hang with my friends like a lot of people my age would, I work as a server to make ends meet, whatever it takes to survive I guess. I wouldn't say I'm poor but I'm not super rich I would just say I have things others wish but that doesn't mean everything's good on my end, yea I would say my house is nice but it's my parents doing, they keep it going and I keep myself living; they aren't home a lot and when they are, they don't acknowledge me a bit they are busy sleeping or making time for their selfs. I wouldn't say I blame them because they never have time for each other or their selfs, my dad is a full time construction worker so he's never home and my mom is a caregiver so she's off taking care of some old people other than me.
I didn't mind it for the most part but there is still apart of me that wants my parents around but I know I can't have that so I stopped going after something I couldn't have.
I walked into class while meeting eyes with our schools rudest girls. Izzy, Josie, and Macie, they thought they could get whatever they wanted because they were pretty but that's not how things work, people were only nice to them because they came from bad families, Izzy's dad wasnt in the picture anymore because he chose drugs over her and her mom only gave a fuck when she wanted too, Josie's mom was never around she was always in another city with a random dude while Josie had to stay with random people just to have a warm meal and place to sleep at night, and Macie she came from a decent family but she tried her hardest to fit in with them, which ruined her relationship with her parents and they barely wanted anything to do with the new her she had become.
I sat down and pulled out my books, looking down at my page I push my bangs out infront of my eyes and got to work, I was fairly smart at most subjects but I would say English was my strongest. I had a thing for writing stories and reading probably because that's the only way I could have what I wanted, a happy family and a good life.
Silver vale isn't a place you would want to raise a child, it's filled with killers, drug dealers, and just bullies.
My goal was to finish school and get my ass out of this place and I was determined on doing so because I don't want to live the rest of my life here.
Josie never had a problem with me, none of them did actually until Izzy randomly decided she didn't like me for whatever reason, I knew I didn't do anything to her but she still didn't like me; it didn't bother me because what did I need to prove to her.
Class ended and the halls were crowded with people trying to get out of there but as I was walking out my eyes landed on the one and only, Javon Walton. Javon wasn't a horrible person but I wish I could say different with the people he hangs out with. Javon was friend with Michael and Carl and they believed they was the shit and was real gangsters but they wasn't close, all they was doing was ruining their lives but that wasn't my business to worry about.
I left the school and headed to work, I didn't drive so my aunt always took me to school, work and home. She was the only one I actually had around I think it was because she didn't really have a choice because if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be able get back and forth places I needed too. I made it to work and thanked my aunt, I went in and got settled in then started working, I was only 16 so I didn't do much I washed dishes and served and cleaned up after closing for 8 dollars an hour plus tips which wasn't bad at all and it was better than nothing. I wouldn't say I was friends or anything with Javon but I've talked to him a good bit of times because he's always coming in. He knew the owner pretty well probably because the owner felt obligated to be there because he was the only one Javon talked too or had really, his dad has been out of town for months and tells him he's going to be back soon but hasn't shown, he calls or answer Javons calls when he wanted which wasn't often but send him money ever week to live on. I would say the only thing that really brought all those kids together was their fucked up lives but that's silver vale for you.
