"Did yall see or hear anything last night" the officer asked me and Isabella as they questioned us about the incident " I didn't know anything happened til y'all told me" Isabella said truthfully "what about you son do you know anything, any one who would have done this" " I saw them" I said quietly almost in a whisper " I heard a noise at 3 this morning come from outside so I got up and looked out the window and seen someone but they ran before I could fully comprehend what was going on" "is there any one who would have done this" "pitbulls daughter" " and why would she do this son" "I've said to much" "son you gotta talk to us" "I can't" I said as I got up and left out the living room where we was
THE POLICE
"The boys knows something but he won't say" I said on the phone with the father "I knew he wouldn't talk, and if he won't talk your not getting anything out my daughter." "I think we could tho" "how" "if he's told her anything we just need to catch her alone" "well your not doing that, they go everywhere together" "I'll get them to talk" "good luck" he said as he hung up. I know whatever he knows its eating him inside and he wants to say it but he can't. I went back into the room and he was back, talking to her then when they noticed me they stopped talking. "If you know anything that could help us prove it was her whatever your hiding won't matter just tell me why you think it's her" he looked over at her and she nodded and that's when he pulled a wad of notes out his pocket and set it in front of me. "That's all the evidence you need sir" he said looking me in the eyes and his eyes was filled with fear.
I went back to the station and went through the notes, some where handwritten notes from the girl and others where screenshotted messages of her threatening him and that's when I seen a note from the night of the incident, pitbull was dead and the boy helped. We tried for years trying to track him down but could never get a lead on him but a 17 year old boy helped take one of the biggest drug dealers down. I couldn't turn this in, this could ruin the boys life and he trusted me with this knowing he could potentially get in trouble for it. Your probably wondering why I would risk losing my job for a kid I didn't even know well the truth was I did know this kid, he was my sisters son. She disappeared years ago and no one ever knew what happened to her and no one wanted to help to find out what happened to her, that's why I became a police because I wanted people to have justice that my sister didn't but come to  find out, she ran off with another man and they got into a fight and he killed her and I didn't know she even had a kid until I see him around one day and he has a lot of her features and someone told me who his dad was and it clicked. He doesn't know who I am but imma still be there for him because I know his shit of a father isn't. The Laroux family was the first case I was ever given and it was gang affiliated actions that caused the kids death with pitbull but that's how I found out about pitbull and knew who he was and the power he had. They moved to that property all the way out the city for those reasons because they didnt want to be targeted by them once again but their daughter was the next to carry a reputation with them, but it's not her it's Javon but since she's affiliated with him they gonna go for her too that's just how it works. That's my next question tho how did they find where they stayed;based off everything I was given the stalking and harassment has gotten to the point where the girl had to quit her job and she only goes places with him because she's scared of being targeted.
I went to the sheriff and gave him all the evidence and he seen the part about the boy killing pitbull and he just froze "what are we supposed to do, we can't arrest this kid, I can't" "and why can't you" "that's my nephew" "well charge it as self defense and hope the truth doesn't get out" "but that puts the whole department in trouble if it's proven other wise" "well make sure it's not proven other wise, I'm just glad that motherfucker is dead even if a 17 year old had to do it" " he didn't do it he was associated with the people who did" "well then that solves it right there it was through association and he's a kid we can get him out of this and we don't know the people who actually did it so guess they off the hook like pitbull was for years til his years caught up with him"
