Jennie's POV

Something changed, a big time. I can feel it but can't pin point. The person sitting in front of me is same yet there's something different.

"Here you go!" Jisoo put down a plate of spaghetti. "Tell me how does it taste."

She cooked it. It's looking delicious. I wonder when does she learned cooking? She would always eat take outs before.

"It's looking good." I said, as I take a bite. She is looking nervous and also waiting for my reaction.

"It's tastes delicious! Now wipe that look on your face." I laughed.

She pouted, "stop teasing me hmpk!"

'Oh god! Why is she so cute?'

"By the way, when did you started learning how to cook?" I asked while savoring the spaghetti.

She give me a nervous smile. Here it goes again. I stare at her sharply. I want to know what is she hiding.

"Before our wedding. I wanted to surprise you. You're the one always cooking for us. I wanted to help you." She said with a casual manner, not making eye contact.

I let it go again. It's not like I doubt her, I'm just not use to her sudden change. Maybe she wants to treat me better after the accident.

As I remember the accident, a sudden pain hit my head. I groaned, holding my head. Why does it happens everytime I try to think about the accident?

"Yah! What's wrong?" Jisoo hurriedly come to my side, giving me a glass of water.

I drink it slowly. She help me get up, as we go in the living room. I sit down on the couch as she crouched down in front of my legs. She cupped my cheeks.

"What's wrong Jen? Is your head hurting? Do you want to go to the doctor? Uh no.. I'll just call her here." She pulled out her phone but I stopped her.

She is looking too much worried. I give her a small smile, pulling her up beside me.

"I'm okay. I'll just take the med and all fine." I said.

She still don't look convinced, "I don't think you are okay. Look, you're still sweating."

I pinched her nose, "Ssh! You worry too much. I have to go to office today. I have some work to do."

"What? No no. I won't let you go. You're having headach--" I kissed her.

She stopped talking and kissed back. This is the best way to shut her up. I smirked as we pulled apart. Her cheeks are red. She is blushing again. How cute!

I giggled as she said, "Then I'll drop you off. Don't argue."

She walked into the kitchen to wash the plates. I shook my head and went upstairs.

Father's secretary greeted me as I walked in.

"Is he inside?" I asked.

"Yes. Mrs kim is here as well."

"Mom?"

What is she doing here? I was about to knock on the door when I heard dad yelling at mom. I stayed there as soon as I heard Jisoo's name.

"Jisoo is asking for more security and money. How long do we need to tolerate her!?" Dad shouted.

"Calm down. We need to be patience. You know we are not in the position to complain." Mom tried to pursue him.

'What are they talking about? I hope Jisoo didn't do anything wrong.' I thought.

"I shouldn't had agreed with your plan. That fake bitc--" He couldn't finish as his phone rings.
