King neva happy when mi ask him fi drop mi home before class. He had something to do in Mobay, I told him it was fine to leave me here and I'll take an Uber to class.

He wasn't leaving for Trinidad anymore. His brother told him not to go.

Glad he actually listened to someone.

I needed to get some things for Daddy. That's why I came here.

Unlocking the lock on the grill, I open it then stepped onto the veranda.

The front door is already open. I just walked inside and head to my father's room.

I don't see Stacey nor Naomi, but I could hear them out back talking.

I made sure to pack the necessary things before going to my room.

Trev had Sky with him, and refuses to give her back.

Tell him mi a go file fi custody and he said I wouldn't win.

King said to let him be, but I missed my baby.

All he does is send me pictures and videos of her. He even got her a little collar with her name on it.

Him and Jess having a blast with my child, but just wait man.

I'm rummaging through my stuff for my highlighters when I hear footsteps coming down the hall.

I left my room locked before going up to King's house. My father and I are the only ones with keys for it.

It was a good thing too. I don't wanna know what Stacey and her daughter would have done if I left it open.

Seeing as Naomi liked to wear my clothes without permission.

"But see yah" I hear Stacey say from the door, "yuh live here".

I rolled my eyes at her statement.

"Mi nuh think yuh find man and move out," she says but I ignore her.

I find my highlighters and locked my drawers with their little keys that were attached to my keychain.

I picked up my father's bag and walked towards the door to leave.

Stacey stepped in front of the door, blocking my path.

"Excuse", mi really nuh inna no foolishness with her today.

"Move mi", I sighed, "mi tell yuh me a deal wid yuh when yuh come yah".

"Weh mi do Stacey, yuh always waah deal wid me, so wah me do?"

She snares at me, "yuh likkle dutty gyal yuh, you and yuh whoring friend dem set up gyal fi beat up Naomi".

The only thing I could do was laugh.

I laughed at her.

"You of all people nuffi call sumody whoring and me naav time fi Naomi, excuse make me go about me business"

She refused to move.

Chro man.

This big hog just stand up inna me life like a stubborn blackhead.

She moved a little bit, and I pull my door up and locked it with the key.

"Yaah lock door in yah like yaah pay bills!", she snatched the keys from me and shoved me.

Fada.

"Gimme mi things" I demand refusing to battle it out with her, "yuh know everyday mi say mi naah go do this with you and yuh jezebel of a daughter, but unu continuously try fi draw me out".
