He simply nodded, looking around at the sights as Mizuna drove by. He didn't ever imagine he'd get to experience life from this point of view, much less know an actual human that didn't get weirded out at his true nature as a sentient race car. "Hey babe..." He seemed like he wanted to ask something.

Mizuna got parked again next to her Mustang and looked over before getting out, noticing Lightning almost lost in thought. "Yeah hon?" She asked. "What's on your mind?" She then got out of the drivers side.

After a brief silence between the couple, he spoke. "I know I'll most likely be meeting some of your friends while I'm here, but would I be able to trust any of them with my secret?" He got out of the passengers side as he talked with her.

Mizuna thought for a moment. "Don't open your mouth until you feel like you can really trust them. They may be my friends, sure, but they don't have any experience with having a bunch of wild experiences that I did."

He thought for a moment. "Do they know about your powers?" He asked since that would be a determining factor. He wanted more friends that'll accept him for him, even his real appearance, given if they get the chance to go to his dimension to see it.

Mizuna stayed quiet for a moment. "Not all of them do. I don't trust all of them just yet to know." She says in a soft but stern manner. "If you're wanting to befriend some other humans like me, just follow my lead."

"But..." Lightning intercepted.

"But nothing Lightning." Mizuna said with her tone still stern. "It's for your own safety. I know you know how to be weary of others, but humans like me can manipulate easily if they wanted. That and some are smarter than they look."

Lightning nodded, leaving it at that. He looked bad for saying anything with his tone growing apologetic. "I'm sorry babe." He knew by this point that Mizuna rarely ever got this way towards him unless she was just looking out for him.

Mizuna smiled gently. "It's alright. Don't worry." She walked to the driver side of her Mustang and unlocked it. "Get in. It's date time now."

He got in. "Alright. Where are you taking me?" He says with a small smile.

"You know how we love going sight seeing now right?" She asks.

"How could I forget?" Lightning said with his tone low and romantic, remembering how their first date went back when they were still in his dimension. He leaned over from the passenger seat and he gently gripped her chin, gazing into her eyes. "Radiator Springs really helped our first date be truly one to remember, didn't it?"

Mizuna blushed, remembering their first date and due to Lightning's action. "They really did. I look forward to many more too. Even some while I have you here."

He grins. "Oh really?" He asks in a playful tone. "Will one of them be soon?" He asks in a hopeful tone, then he got closer to her lips, almost about to kiss her. "Cause I'd love to go on another date with you, gorgeous." He said in a somewhat hushed but definitely flirty tone as he showed it on his face.

Mizuna gave him a flirty expression. "As much as I wouldn't mind making out with you, I'll have to politely decline. I don't want you getting riled up before our date."

He grinned mischievously. "Fine. I'll be a good boy... For now." He playfully winked then let go of her chin, leaning back into his seat and got his seatbelt on.

When he did that, Mizuna cranked her car up. She backed up out of the garage then drove out of the race track and within 30 more minutes, she drove up to a nice bar. She turned her car off and got out.

Lightning looked curious and got out. "Where are we?"

Mizuna around and grabbed his hand, leading him in. "This is a bar. We're gonna drink and have a good meal together. I'm not driving home tonight though so we'll be out here all night."
