When someone held my hand and pulled me towards them making my face smash on that person's chest.
I looked up to see that person, a sudden shiver ran down my spine when his venom dark eyes met mine. Goosebumps embraced my skin feeling his dominant dark aura. The tip of his finger touched my skin as I flinched a little. Our face was so close to each other that I could feel his hot breath on my face.
"Who are you?" He whispered huskily while I just stared at him.
"L-Leave" my voice came out shakily.
"I can't when you are attracting me like a f*cking magnet" he let out a low chuckle tilting his head sending goosebumps all over my body.
Clenching my fist on the side of my dress, I tried to gather some courage to talk to him but the six feet tall man in front of me is way more intimidating for me to act normal.
"You still didn't tell me who you are, kitten" he said but I was too busy admiring him to reply to his question.
The black suit he is wearing is praising his muscular figure, long jet black hair tied in a ponytail, his eyes spill fire filled with venom, sharp jawline, brow and lip piercing, tattoos peaking through his sleeve as a luxurious Rolex resting on his veiny wrist. His presence defined power, dominance, luxury and money making him look devilishly handsome and unapproachable.
"If you aren't certainly aware my name is Iris not kitten" I said
"Iris William sounds perfect" he cockily smiled tugging his one hand in his pocket.
"Iris Maude" I said looking straight into his eyes as he chuckled.
"Just a matter of a few days, you better get used to my surname" He said making me confused and looked at him with confusion clearly visible on my face.
"Looks like you don't know" He said
"Don't know what?" I asked getting more confused by his words
"Don't pressure your little brain too much kitten or it might blast" He said making me annoyed and angry.
"Don't jumble your words and say clearly what you mean Mister" I said with anger clearly visible in my voice but he just chuckled which made me more angry.
I am stupid that I thought this annoying brat was handsome. He is an absolute moron. I cursed him in my mind as I huffed in anger before trying to push him away from me but that man didn't even budge little making me more angry than I already was.
"Leave me!" I yelled at him but he just stood there looking at me making me stomp my leg in anger.
"What's happening here?" Someone said making me flinch as I looked at the man who looked distracted by the voice making me smirk as I stomped my heel on his foot making his face turn red due to pain as he looked towards me.
Looks like this man would die but never show his pain huh? I quickly pushed him away after whispering "Does it hurt?" And looked at the person who just came which made my smirk drop and nervousness took over me.
"A-Annie?" I said as she looked at both of us with her one eyebrow raised.
"What were you guys doing" Annie asked looking at both of us suspiciously as my cheeks flushed in embarrassment.
I swear after this I will definitely kill this man for embarrassing me in front of my friend.
I was about to clarify everything to her but before I could say anything that guy replied "None of your business"
I shot him a glare after hearing his response as he smirked looking at me.
Oh how badly I want to rip that smirk off his face and punch him till death.
He rolled his eyes while looking at Annie as She looked at us more suspiciously. "It is my business because she is MY friend" Annie said emphasizing the word 'my'
"A-Annie, I was admiring the chandelier when we both bumped and I was about to fall but he held me before that" I said everything in one go trying to leave no space for misunderstanding cuz no way I want her to think like that about me specially with this guy.
"That better be true" Annie said before grabbing me by my arm and pulling me somewhere with her.
I looked back at the man as I saw him rubbing his foot on which I stepped on but stopped when he saw me looking at him and went back to acting like he is cool making me giggle quietly.
Annie took me to the backyard before leaving my hand turning towards me as she crossed her arms over her chest before glaring at me.
"Did he hurt you?" She asked which surprised me a little but I eventually shook my head signalling No. He didn't hurt me but I surely did
"Was he trying to force you?" She asked again making me confused.
"Why are you asking all this?" I asked
"Just answer!" She said a little irritated making me more confused.
"No, why are you asking this thought?" I asked again just to receive silence as an answer.
"Don't ever fall in love with him" She said making me even more confused than I already am. And in love with him? NEVER, after what he did I will rather die then fall in love with him.
"I don't love him and I would never but why are you saying all this?" I asked again as she just signed.
"He is my brother, Ivan William" She said making me shocked. I don't know what I expected but I certainly didn't expect him to be her brother.
"He is not a good person so try to stay as far away from him. It's for your own good" She said blankly making me scared a little.
"You are saying like he is a murder or something" I said jokingly trying to lessen the tension in the air but what she said next made my eyes widen as I froze on my spot looking at her in pure shock.
