The moment I wake up, I feel exhausted. I yawn and rub my eyes, noticing that Pan is still asleep. His head is resting against the bottom frame of the bed. I sit up, squinting at him from head to toe before standing up.
"Oii, wake up," I nudge his shoulder.
"Mm," he groans in response.
"No 'mm,' wake up!" I nudge him again.
"Five more minutes," he mumbles.
"Nope," I say, pulling him out of bed.
"Heyyy," he whines as he starts playing with his hair, shaking it side to side. I watch as his hair flows gracefully, a smile forming on my face.
"What happened?" he asks, noticing my smile.
"Oh, nothing... Go do your normal leader things," I tease.
He chuckles as he gets up from the bed and walks out of the room, waving as he goes. I wave back, still a little sleepy. I yawn again and rub my face, suddenly remembering I need to ask where the lagoon is. I'll go ask him.
I leave my tent and make my way to his, assuming he's ready. (Spoiler: I was wrong.) I open the tent to find Pan taking his shirt off, revealing his abs. I can't help but giggle like a 13-year-old girl. I laugh a bit too loudly, and he turns around just as I realize my mistake. I quickly dart back to my tent, running at full speed.
I catch my breath, wiping my forehead. Geez, I ran fast. Then, I hear a knock. I scramble to the back of the room.
"What are you doing over there?" he asks, confused.
"Um... I don't know," I laugh awkwardly.
"Anyways, could you not go into my tent?" I ask.
"I didn't go in there. What do you mean?" I smile shyly, a blush creeping up my cheeks.
"Hah, well, given your expression and the fact you're looking like a tomato, I'm guessing you're lying," he laughs.
"I just wanted to ask where the lagoon is, so I can wash up," I say, walking toward him.
He smirks. "Sure, I can help y—"
"No," I cut him off, rolling my eyes.
"Haha, just a joke," he says, clearing his throat. "Follow me, m'lady."
"Okay," I reply, rolling my eyes.
We arrive at the same lagoon I visited last time.
"Mind if I join you?" he asks.
"Yeah, no," I wink, walking toward the water. I start removing each clothing piece, except my underwear and bra. The warm water soothes my pale skin as I dip my toe in. After a few moments, I dip my whole head in, letting my hair dry in the cool breeze.
Ten minutes later
I walk out of the lagoon, swishing my hips slowly, wiping my hair out of my face. I spot Pan, standing nearby.
"Were you watching me the whole time?" I ask, raising an eyebrow.
"Well, obviously. I don't know how you didn't notice me," he says, trying to meet my gaze.
"Eyes up here, Pan," I tease, pointing at my face with a smile.
He clears his throat. "Well, let you go get dressed," he says, walking over to a rock to sit down.
I dry myself off and put my clothes back on, then step out of the wooden drying station.
"Done," I say.
