"Amelia" I loved the way he said my name, almost as if it rolled off his tongue perfectly, it was a chilly night I could feel as my arms grew goosebumps with each cold wind that blew by, the full moon glowing in the distance, it was the only light illuminating the dark forest, leaves rustling through the air, branches creaking in the wind, the smell of nature always relaxes me, a woodsy aroma that I couldn't shake, his touch set every nerve in my body on fire, as I felt him push me up against a tree so I couldn't move, he reached his hand up so it was resting on the branch beside my face blocking me in place, he glanced down at my lips with his soft yet controlling green orbs, it left a fluttery feeling in my stomach almost like butterflies trying to break free

I glanced up and down his muscular body until my eyes finally met his once again, a feeling I longed to last forever, he reached up and cupped my face in his right hand as the left one was still placed by my head on the tree, "yes" I finally answer

"you are something else" he smirked at the reaction I gave to his soft touch, I reached my hands up to wrap them around his neck to pull him closer "whatever do you mean" my sarcasm clear in my tone, he let out a soft yet simple chuckle at my comment, he moved his face closer to mine resting his forehead on mine with our noses touching

I closed my eyes for a second as I enjoyed his presence "I've missed you" I sighed
He moved my face up to look at him and lightly pressed his lips on mine, it started out soft and gentle but before I knew it I jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist while my back clashed against the tree behind me trying to support half my body weight, I pulled him closer with my hands that were resting around his neck to deepen the kiss, our lips beginning to move in sync more aggressively then before, almost as if they were determined to never part again

a howl heard in the distance forced me to drop my legs and break the kiss as I looked to the side and questioned "did you hear that?"

I could feel his eyes fixated on my face with a blank expression almost as if he was studying me "hear what?"

I gently pushed his arm off the tree forcing him to stumble away from me as I walked a couple feet away looking around the woods "it sounded like a wolf"

"I didn't hear anything" his voice almost sounded shallow, a mono tone that beamed no emotion, his eyes fixated on the back of my head, I brushed the uneasy feeling away as if it meant nothing, I playfully rolled my eyes and giggled before turning back to face him only to see he had changed into something else, a monster, he had a glowing blue hue in his once stunning green eyes, side burns grew on each side of his cheeks, a pointy nose elongated the middle of his face, his ears began to shift into a point, I closed my eyes and let out a loud terrified scream "ahhhhh"
