Allyson's P.O.V
...
I woke up, gained consciousness with Wagner snoring loudly on the floor. I was on the couch and my back was killing me. Literally killing me. I sat up quietly, running my hand down my face as I pulled a tattered blanket off my body and threw it on Wagner, covering his face and the top part of his back, since he was on his stomach, his face smooshed against the ground. I giggled into my hand, shaking my head as I let a yawn slowly escape my lips.
"Wait.." I whispered, a smile tugging at the sides of my lips. "WAGNER!" I yelled, scrambling down to the floor.
"W-What! Allyson! What's wrong!" He yelled, lines across his face from being pressed against the carpet. I held my arms out open for a hug. He smiled slightly, wrapping his arms around me.
"Gosh..." I said as he pulled away slowly, looking to his wrist. "What happened?" I whispered, Pushing myself off the ground.
"Ehh~Just fell on it wrong, hopefully its' not broken and just a sprain.." He said and let out a quiet sigh, running his good hand through his, longish, scraggly, messy hair.
"Either way, it needs to be bandaged." I whispered, looking around and holding a finger up. "Just a second.." I said quietly, hurrying to the bathroom, not wanting his wrist to suffer any more damages, or even have the possibly of getting infected. I pushed open the bathroom door, going to turn the light on, but soon remembering-No electricity. I sighed out of anxiousness, reaching to my pocket in my jeans, pushing my fingers into my pocket and pulling a small flashlight. I turned it on and leaned my head into the bathroom, pulling open the cabinet above the sink. "Jackpot.." I whispered, grabbing a pill bottle and some wrap to hold his hand in place.
"What'd you go get?" He asked as I got on my knees again in front of him, holding the pill bottle out so he could read it. "Antibiotics.. Score." He whispered. I Nodded in agreement, opening the bottle for him and putting two pills on the ground. "Waters' outside in the well.." He said and gestured towards the front door. "It's dark out, so I'll go get some." I pushed him back down onto the ground.
"I can go get it, I'll be fine." I said quickly. He just kinda stared at me in confusion, looking to the door again.
"Fuck.. Rainey's out there, And it's dark out, she's gonna get hurt.." He started to talk loudly and started to stand. I only shook my head and sighed.
"She'll be fine, I promise. I know Rainey, too.. She's fine." I said, turning around and opening the front door. "I'll be right back, stay there." I whispered loudly, rushing off, leaving the front door open just in case.
The sun wasn't even out anymore, the moon covered dark clouds. It looked like tonight was going to storm. That's not good. Rainey will be just fine. It's not like she's ever had to walk home in a thunderstorm.. But has she ever walked home in the dark? She's not a big fan of the dark either. She hates it, so does Aria.. and Firess. Especially those two. Screaming every time someone turns the lights out, then playing it off as if some else screamed. I chuckled to myself, my eyes finding the silhouette of the well in the darkness, my bare feet pressing against the tall patches of grass, some of the grass being dead. I let out a yelp as I felt something brush against my foot.
I looked down quickly, pulling my flashlight out so I can see better. Stalker's are attracted to change of light, too. That's what Austin said at least. He was smart.. I think we all miss him sometimes. I shook my head and seeing it was just a rock, but it felt like something different. I shook my head, letting out a large sigh and rushing to well again.
I let out a relieved sigh as I leaned over, shining my flashlight into the well. "Damn.." I whispered, seeing that the bucket was missing and there was no way I could get water for Wagner without one. He'll just have to take the pills without water. Turning back around to rush back to the house, I let out a scream, feeling something grab at my ankle, making my fall to the ground and my flashlight flying across the air.
I kept screaming, hearing Wagner's voice yell out to me, but couldn't make out his words. I kicked my foot, but whatever had my was not letting go. I closed my eyes tightly, kicking again before rolling over onto my back and trying to see what had me. It was obvious it was a stalker, I could it's glowing eyes shining through the darkness of outside. I let out a small groan as Wagner grabbed both of my hands and started to pull as hard as he could. I shook my head quickly, letting out another scream and kept on kicking. Wagner soon let go my hands, hurrying to my ankles and prying the hands from them, smashing his foot onto the head of the stalker.
I fell back onto my back, taking heavy breaths, closing my eyes tightly. "S-Sorry.." I whispered quickly to him seeing him holding his wrist, his face showing he was obviously in pain. I sat up quickly, putting my hands on his shoulders and guiding him back to the candle lit house of nothing. Once inside, I slammed the door shut with my foot, sitting him down on the couch. I grabbed the bandages, and the pills, sitting next to him on the couch, grabbing his arm, but he quickly pulled is arm away again.
"I'm trying to help.." I said quietly, holding out the pills for him to take in his hand. He kept his left hand holding tightly onto his right. He shook his head lightly, closing his eyes tightly.
"Allyson.." He whispered, looking to my as he said my name. "I'm a goner." He said quietly, giving a small shrug.
"What the hell are you talking about? Give me your arm." I demanded, holding my hand out for him to take the pills. Then I saw it, seeing the blood drip from his hands. I watched the blood drop onto the couch, seeming like it was in slow motion. The blood was black.. Not dark red.
"See.." He whispered, his lip quivering as he removed his hand. A small scratch, about the size of a bobby pin lined his wrist. "I'm already dead."
