Roohi looked up from her file as she saw her opponent walking towards her. She passed the file towards her assistant before walking towards him.
"Good afternoon Mr. Rawte so all set" Her question just made him sigh much to her surprise but she soon composed herself.
Someone has come well prepared it seems?
"Everything is well set par main poochu aapne yeh profession kyu liya sorry for being personal" He threw another question confusing her.
"Kyuki mujhe sach bahar Lana pasand hai" She simply stated but got startled when he chuckled.
"Jhoot bol kar sach Lana interesting very interesting" He was talking more to himself in a manner that irked her.
"You are getting personal Mr. Rawte aur-" She replied glaring at him in an annoyed tone.
"Maine aapse kaha bhi tha ki yes I am getting personal aur galat kya kaha maine jhoot toh aapne bola hai na" He was no more cherry in fact his voice held anger in them.
"Konsa jhoot kaha hai maine bhala" She replied in a confident tone, she has not yet told him a lie. She might have told him half of the things only but whatever she told was true too.
"You are not an orphan you have your parents who live out of the country infact aapne toh aapne naam ke baare mein bhi jhoot kaha hai am I right" He couldn't believe she still had guts to lie. He didn't even think that the person he admired and took inspiration from would be so different from what he thought her to be.
"Listen Devansh maine tumse jhoot nahi bolo aapna pehchan chupana Mera personal choice hai" Her words made him more annoyed if it was possible.
"Toh orphan ho aise jhoot kyu bola Roohi Khurrana is not an orphan"
"No par main Roohi ban Kara ayi hoon yeh tumse kisne kehdiya main yaha Roohi bankar nahi balki-" She left it hanging for him to complete it and he did.
"Angel Sharma" He completed it as expected from him. He sighed things were really twisted. It was like a face over face.
Oh boy if only he knew that the real face was still to be out. How was he going to take that Roohi thought
"Oh dear smart boy tum wakaiyi smart ho kehna padega" She faked appreciated him.
"Mere bhaiya ke peeche kyu hi padhi ho aap" He helplessly asked her not to be able to control himself.
"Tumhare bhaiya ke peeche kise padhna hai main uske peeche nahi padhi hoo main toh bas kisi se aapna badla le rahi hoon or I can say ek wada poora kar rahi hoon" Did she knew how much she was confusing him, maybe not.
"Toh aap mere bhaiya ko ek mohra ki tarah istimaal kar rahi hai" He asked her, dumbfounded and she thought for a moment.
"Umm not exactly use kaise mohra banaya Jaye jiske koi astitva hi nahi bacha" Her choice of words were really irritating to him but it was also making him feel helpless.
"Aap janti kya hai unke baare main aise anab shanab baate karne ke liye"
"Jante toh tum bhi nahi ho Abhimanyu Rawte ko koi nahi janta koi bhi nahi hai is duniya jo use janta hoon"
"Bhaiya toh khodko jante honge na"
"Wo (chuckling) no wo bhi nahi janta kher let's meet in the court waha par sab samjha dungi don't worry" She walked away leaving him worried and to drown in his own set of questions which seemingly had no answers.
