Eighteen

*Jaycee's P.O.V*

"THIS IS MY FIGHT SONG" Johnnie yelled, running down an aisle at Wal-Mart. I laughed and shook my head to my camera.

"Jay, do you mind going with Damon to find some pizza bagels while I chase Johnnie down?" Bryan asked. I didn't even have time to reply before he ran off.

"Welp, let's go find pizza bagels." I spoke up. I honestly don't know Damon that well, personally. I watch his videos, yes, but I've never had a full conversation with him.

"Johnnie likes you, ya know." Damon said as we walked to the frozen section.  I stopped dead in my tracks. Am I over Tony? Do I like Johnnie back?

"That's so not true." I scoffed. How could someone like Johnnie like me?

"Because you're an amazing person." He answered. Wait, did I say that out loud? "Yes, you did."

"I need to stop doing that. And I'm not an amazing person."

"Yes you are." I heard someone say from behind me as I grabbed the pizza bagels out of one of the freezers. I turned around and saw Johnnie and Bryan. I laughed, rolling my eyes and throwing the pizza bagels at Bryan.

"Ow!" Bryan complained as the box hit him in the chest. Johnnie gave me a look that said 'I need to talk to you later' and then picked up the box that landed on the ground.

"Dad, I'm fine. I swear. I just fell." I said to Dad, whom was standing in front of me. I tripped next to a group of kids who laughed at me, big whoop.

"Are you sure? Do you need some-"

"Dad, I'm okay. Go play, I love you." I said before hugging him. Since I hugged him, I also hugged Mike, Jaime, and Tony. "Good luck!" I screamed, blowing them all kisses and getting three in return from Mike, Dad, and Jaime. I wonder what Tony's problem is.

 I shrugged it off and walked back to the bus where Johnnie was standing. Only Johnnie, and now me.

"You wanted to talk?" I asked, pulling at the bottom of my shirt. Damn nervous habits.

"Yeah, but first, listen." He said before picking his ukulele up and strumming it. I recognized the song as soon as he strummed the first chord.

The girl with the cinderblock garden" I stood there in disbelief as Johnnie finished singing my all time favorite song by All Time Low.

"H-How did you know that I loved that song?" I stuttered out.

"It's in all of your videos, you sing it before you go to sleep, and you mumble the lyrics in your sleep." He shrugged. "But that's not what I'm getting at." I raised an eyebrow, urging him to continue what he was saying. "Jay, I know we just recently started talking, but I really really really like you." I could feel my face heating up, quickly. "I guess what I'm trying to get at is.. Jay, will you be mine? Will you be my girlfriend?"

MWUAHAHAHAHA ILY ALL OKAY? I AM GOING TO TRY TO GET THE NEXT UPDATE UP TOMORROW, AND I WANT THE NEXT TWO CHAPTERS TO BE THE LAST TWO. AND BEFORE YOU GET MAD AT ME, YES, I AM GOING TO WRITE A SEQUEL TO THE SEQUEL OF ADOPTED BY PIERCE THE VEIL.
