Love can mend a broken heart
But it can also crush your soul
If the person that you truly want
Doesn't feel the same kind of pull
Love can break you beyond repair
Leave you weeping in despair
For some, it heals. For me, it hurts
All it ever does is make me yearn
For someone that I know for a fact
Will never, ever love me back
