Devin and Jade sit in separate chairs with handcuffs on their hands that glow their respective colors, green and teal.
"Let us go, Selena." Jade said, glaring at the back of Selena's forehead.
"Why, so you can dig up more dirt on me?" Selena asked passively-aggressively.
"You used mind control for years, it was about time someone tried to end it." Jade said.
Selena rolls her eyes and then scoffs.
"Are you just upset cause people like me, cause I have friends?" Selena asked.
"What, no?!" Jade said.
Selena walks towards Jade and looks her in the eye.
"So why are you so determined to see what I'm doing with my personal life?" Selena asked.
Selena pats Jade's head.
Devin tries to use his water powers but the handcuffs get tighter.
Selena notices this and walks towards Devin.
"Why are you even trying to use your powers, didn't Vincent tell you that water and magic removing chains don't work?" Selena asked.
"You know, some of us don't sneak into Vincent's office when he's not looking." Devin said.
"Also, I wonder if Marie likes girls, I think me and her would make such a great couple!" Selena said.
Devin glades at Selena.
"Yeah I wonder how Chris will feel about that." Devin said.
Selena laughs.
"Oh well, I guess Devin Winters can't pick up on sarcasm." Selena said.
Devin sighs.
"You know someone will walk in here eventually right?" Devin asked.
"Yeah, but who's going to care besides the pretty one?" Selena asked, walking towards her bed and sitting on it with one leg on the other.
"You won't get away with this." Jade said.
"Just because your parents don't like you doesn't mean you have to take it out on us." Devin said.
Selena gets up and stomps her heels on the ground aggressively.
"Your dad left when Jade was born, I'm almost shocked that you don't hate her." Selena said.
Devin glances at Jade but quickly looks back at Selena.
"Yeah, cause your dad is so much better." Devin said.
"At least my dad didn't leave me." Selena said.
"Selena, you're better than this." Jade said.
Selena scoffs.
"Yeah I'm so sure of it." Selena said sarcastically.
Devin sighs.
"Isn't it obvious, Jade? She won't change no matter how many times you get her to try." Devin said.
"I know, but I still believe in her." Jade said.
Selena glares at both of them.
"Look I can just hit you with the book again so I don't have to listen to this." Selena said.
"Then do it." Devin said.
