Date: September 5th 2022
"Today is the day you two." Marie said as she had a determined look in her eyes and looking intently at the plan that Jade had created with crayons, paper and a dream.
Jade holds up the tickets.
"And we have a proper reason to go in there so we don't have to sneak in." Jade said with a smug look on her face.
"Jade, do you have the evidence with you though?" Devin asked.
"Yup!" Jade said as she held up Madison's tablet.
Devin smiles.
"I'm so proud of you Jade." Devin said as he hugged Jade.
"Well the concert is in a few hours, I don't know how to feel after learning that Selena is a fraud." Marie said.
Jade puts a hand on Marie's shoulder.
"Marie, we can do this!" Jade said.
"Yeah, we can." Marie said.
Meanwhile with Zach.
Zach overhears the conversation when he's at the door.
Zach opens the door and walks in.
"Hey you three!" Zach said, waving towards them.
Jade and Devin exchanged confused looks towards each other.
"Oh hey, Selena's dad." Marie said, glancing at Zach but quickly turning away.
Zach rolls his eyes and walks over towards Jade.
"So what are you working on?" Zach asked as he placed a hand on Jade's shoulder.
Jade tries to hide the tablet and papers.
"Nothing! We're just working on a project." Jade said.
Zach smiles.
"Well I'm glad to hear that!" Zach said.
Zach lightly grabbed the ticket that was next to Jade while nobody was looking and walked away.
Jade watches Zach leave the room.
"So we can all agree that guy is weird and annoying, right?" Jade said.
Devin and Marie nod in agreement.
"So we need to make sure that Selena doesn't suspect anything." Jade said.
"Yeah, that's going to be a issue." Marie said.
"What are you talking about?" Jade asked.
"I got us backstage passes." Marie said.
Jade blinks really fast multiple times.
"Backstage..?" Jade said.
"Yeah, I had bought backstage tickets and we meet Selena." Marie explained.
Jade sighs.
"We could maybe just shapeshift." Jade said.
Marie shrugs.
"Your choice." Marie said.
Devin chuckles.
"I'm impressed that all it took for you two to finally get along was hating Selena." Devin said.
Marie smiles at Jade.
"I guess it just takes us having a mutual goal!" Marie said.
Meanwhile with Zero.
"I just can't believe that Violet bailed on me." Zero said.
Skylar looks down at the ground where she accidentally steps on a flower.
