Author's Note: School sucks. I want to work on this, but instead I have to do boring work and get tired so fast. However, summer is around the corner and we are getting close to the Outpost. Sorry for taking a while, but I hope you are having a good day, my stars~!

The momentary silence in the elevator with only the humming of you going up came to a sudden stop. Slowly, the doors opened up and reveal the same broken landscape that you had seen before. Despite it being cloudy, sunlight still peeked through the cracks and gave new light to the area.

Surprisingly, you weren't the only one that felt this way. "Wow...so this is the surface. It looks so different than what I have seen." Neon told, clearly fascinated by her new surroundings. "The sky...it's so real and not buzzing like in the Ark."

"Eh, you get used to it." Anis shrugged. "Besides, if we just sit here taking in the breathtaking sights, you will be very kindly murdered by a group of Raptures." She commented, much to Neon's and your's dismay. You two really were mesmerized by the landscape, but it wasn't like Anis was wrong.

Deciding to push on, you were politely scared by a familiar voice. "She is correct. You must act quickly. Your objective this time is to investigate the nearby power plant and enter the control room to find the amount of electricity is currently being stored there. Please hold for a moment while I clear out the Alva Particles." Shifty explained.

After a quick pause, she returned. "Scanning complete. You'll have to go to the nearby maglev tracks. If you keep following those, you should be able to find your way from there."

Being simple enough, the tracks were merely a short walk away. Guiding your team down the tracks, you got closer to your destination. However, you felt a sudden strong zap go through you and got off the line. Looking up ahead, you could see the power plant, but it was completely isolated and the only way to get there was through...the same electrified tracks as before.

Being reasonably confused, you ask Shifty. "Umm, Shifty? We are a little stuck. The power plant only has one entrance and that entrance is very much leaking electricity. How is that even possible?"

"It's unfortunate, but it is just bad timing." Shifty sighed. "This power plant was being developed before the Raptures came. It was close to completion too, so when the humans left it, it didn't fall under like everything else. Though I can't say why, the Raptures didn't destroy the building, letting the power plant just flow automatically."

Deducing the situation, you came up with an idea. "These tracks have to be also connected to somewhere outside of the power plant, so there probably is a control room somewhere."

Brief silence followed, but Shifty came back with an excited voice. "You might be on to something, Commander! I did a quick scan of the immediate area, and found multiple Rapture signals coming from along the tracks. They all look like they are defending some main building. Here, let me send you the coordinates."
