It was another normal day for our favourite quirked society, well normal for nearly everyone because a certain boy called Izuku was pretty excited.
"Mom, mom, mom!"
"Yes, sweetie?"
"Can I go to Kacchan's house to show her my quirk?"
"Yes, you can. I'm going to call Mitsuki to tell her."
And so an overly excited young kid was preparing himself to show his friend his new quirked after he practised the whole afternoon that followed the visit to the quirk doctor (Yes we are the day after the first chapter) and believe me when I say that he had already a trick up his sleeve to show how awesome he was to his friend "And maybe win her heart." he thought and immediately corrected himself "No. What am I thinking? We are friends, why would I want to win her heart? What does it even mean? I should stop watching tv with mom, all those telenovelas..."
Izuku was now running to the house a few hundreds of metres from his apartment with a smile brighter than Endeavour's flames. When he got there he saw his friend waiting at the door "Zuku come inside, let's go to the backyard to test your quirk!" shouted the other excited kid.
Once they were in the small garden the broccoli boy was questioned at the speed of 11 questions a second about his quirk and he had only time to say "It's called Mime." before the other kid could start again with questions.
Once they both calmed a bit down the green haired took the initiative "I'm going to show you Kacchan." he said as he got up and mimed touching a wall, then he signed for his friend to punch him; "I don't want to hurt you Zuku" said Bakugou Katsumi but hte other kid persisted in trying to convince her to punch him "If you insist so much.... but I'm going to throw a weak one." she said punching reluctantly, only for her punch to be stopped by a hard surface, the problem was there was no surface between them, "So this is Zuku's quirk" she tought, carefully leaning against the invisible wall.
"Kacchan is my quirk cool?" he asked smugly
"Is this all you can dooo..." she retorted but she wasn't even at half of her sentence when she started falling, the wall wasn't there anymore!
"Why did you make me fall dummy?" she asked a bit irked by her fall
"I don't know, when i talked my quirk stopped working..... wait, you didn't hear anything right?"
"Oh no Zuku, I heard really well, I now know your weakness." she stated, grinning grimly.
The afternoon passed fast, the two kids tried a whole lot of things, from Izuku miming different things to Katsumi trying to destroy them, without success, they had some pretty fun moments, one was Izuku making a slide for the both of them and the other one was the first sparring session they ever had, ending with Katsumi's victory because she tickled her friend until he laughed, deactivating his quirk and granting her the knowledge of another weakness of her friend; the highlight of the afternoon though was another, it was unexpected and it happened at the end of the playdate, with Izuku making the last wall of the day an katsumi trying to destroy it, she was covered in sweat for how much they played and she was growing frustrated for her inability to destroy the wall.
She breathed in, pulled her fist back and jumped forward
"DIIIIEEEEE" she screamed ( little bakugou is growing into a fine swearing machine ) and the wall shattered when her fist hit the target, among the collision a small trail of smoke was fluctuating in the air, originating in her fist, which was hotter than ever.
"K-k-kacchan?"
"Yes?" responded the girl, she couldn't believe it!
"See that nerd, i was slower than you by only a day, I'm going to catch up by tomorrow!" she said proud of herself; in the back of her mind a small, stray thought came through "I don't risk him leaving me behind when he becomes a hero, I will become a Hero with him." but she didn't pay a whole lot of attention to the small thought.

Time skip to two years later
The day we're talking about wasn't a normal day for a big part of the people in the quirked society, it was the first day of school, and our protagonist with his friend were going to primary school for the first time.
It would be too normal of a day if not for Inko Midoriya and the Bakugou parents getting to the school with no kids in the car.
A few perplexed stares were directed at them and they became more in number and more in level of perplexity when the kids arrived, I mean, how could anyone not be perplexed when they see two kids riding an invisible motorbike? At least they had helmets; a driving license you say? Is it needed to ride a motorbike? Oh, it is. Let's just pretend that the plot god did wonders and that they were riding a minibike, as if Inko could let her son ride one of those big metallic monsters.
If their arrival got them a few stares they weren't bothered by it, when you stop a robbery at 5 years old and the whole neighbourhood knows you get used to it; let's jump back to the past by one year and no, it wasn't anything epic, just a dumb shoplifter that decided to steal jewels for a change and tripped on Izuku's invisible rope while trying to escape, Katsumi just stood there laughing at the robber while the police took care of him and soon she was joined by the whole crowd that saw the scene in scorning the poor dumbass.
"Ok kids, let's introduce ourselves!" siad the teacher, an old cheerful woman.
(I'm not going to create characters that I only need for Izuku and Katsumi's shenanigans)
After the fifth child's introduction came Izuku's turn but he couldn't be seen anywhere, was he in the restroom having a panic attack? No, well yes, he was in the restroom doing the only thing a normal child would do in there: applying white makeup on his face and wearing his mime outfit. When he got back in the classroom everyone was waiting for him "Perfect, everyone's attention is on me, I will start to make people smile."
He didn't get in the classroom, he fell in the classroom, and while everyone was expecting him to crash on the floor.... his chest stopped mid-air, he looked like he was just leaning on a desk, he stood up, touched the invisible desk with his hands and did what each and every single one of us would do: he jumped on the desk, he was there, standing in the air, holding a sign saying "I'm Izuku the mime, pleased to meet you!".
THUD, the old teacher passed out and crashed on the floor in the way Izuku should have, the adults in the room, that previously wanted to get to know the parents of the classmates of their kid rushed to help the teacher, one transformed his hand in salt and put it under the teacher's nose.
Just one woman was not there, it was the mother of a kid, the same kid that held her shirt not letting her rush to the teacher's side, the kid that asked her "Mom where did the sign come from?" at which Katsumi simply said "Nobody knows, the power of a mime." saying that there was a bit of pride in her words, as her best friend was awesome and already managed to prove it, would be an understatement " And even if you knew you wouldn't be able to replicate the trick you damn extra." she stated.
