It was raining the next day, but Sirius didn't mind. Lucius had warned him about the rainy weather. Here, one day, gone the next. He had woken up just as the sun started to rise and caught sight of the sun rising; though rainy, it was still beautiful. He made his way out of bed and down to the kitchen, regretting his choice of not putting on a shirt with his sweatpants.

He padded to the kitchen, took the teapot from the stove, and filled it with water before replacing it and lighting the fire under it. Then, he proceeded to raid the cupboards. He found the tea jars and grinned happily as he pulled out the Chamomile Tea, which he absolutely hated but Remus loved, so he would suffer through it for today.

He took a spoon and dug some out, dumped it in the pot, stirring it as the can had instructed. He got a sugar cup and poured some sugar into it, the little cream saucer thing, and filled it with cream. He placed them on the tray, then two mugs on the tray, then the teapot, and brought it up to the room.

He entered the room to see Remus already awake and looking out the balcony doors to the garden. He looked over at Sirius and smiled. "Morning, Siri," he said as the shaggy-haired man placed the tray on the bedside table. "What's that?" He asked.

Sirius climbed on the bed and curled up beside him. "I made us tea," He said, and Remus raised a brow.

"Tea?" Remus asked skeptically, and Sirius nodded his head. "You don't drink tea," Remus said, and Sirius smiled up at him.

"Yeah, but you like it, so I decided to try it," Sirius said, and Remus huffed. He reached over and poured the tea out into the two mugs, adding some sugar and cream before handing the cup to Sirius and taking one for himself. He took a sip and hummed at the taste.

"Perfect," Remus hummed. Sirius took a sip and blanched before placing his cup back on the tray. "What are we doing today?" Remus asked.

"Well, you know how late we haven't really gotten any much time alone. We are always around other people. And me starting to work, and you start at the Quibbler. We haven't spent much time together. So I was thinking that today we could just stay here and not do anything?" Sirius said as he laid down with his head in his mate's lap.

"I...That sounds wonderful," Remus said, looking down at him. "We really haven't spent much time together. You work three days a week, and I work all of them. Maybe I should cut back," he sighed, and Sirius sat up quickly.

"What? No!" he exclaimed. "You love being an editor; you don't have to cut back," he said seriously, and Remus looked at him with a soft smile.

"I love it," Remus said, cupping his face. "But I love you more, and it's stopping us from spending a lot of time together. So, I will quit. Maybe I can write a book of my own: How to Train Your Mate, by Remus Lupin." Remus said, chuckling at Sirius's face. "Joking, love," he said, kissing the pouting man.

"You're lucky I love you," Sirius grumbled.
