After nearly an hour and a half the group got to Rokirikori and Jordan seemed happy to be back,MinLin looked at some of the stone trees and never knew that the nation had such unique trees because some of them grew crystal leaves.
"Because we don't have the right soil for medicinal herbs we've adapted to using the crystal leaves as medicine.Each colour has a different property."Jordan said.
He forgot to mention the crystalline blooms that decorated the forest ground but unlike most crystals these ones were really flexible.Kohrae gently plucked one and gave it to MinLin blushing.
"T-This crystalline bloom is beautiful and its colour makes me think of you."He said trying to hide his blushing face.
MinLin's face turned pink but before she could react Jordan,Darian and KimLin reminded the two to make sure they don't fall too far behind.The two caught up with the others and they got to a ghost town which was home to many Rokiri before they were consumed by the corruption.
"Damn this place is so quiet that it scares me."Jordan said shuddering.
"Ditto."Darian said nervously.
Two mysterious figures rushed towards the group at the speed of luma and they were two of the corrupt forces,by order of their lord they had to kill the survivors and bring him their heads.But before they could reach the group two ninja stars whistled through the air and struck the corrupt attackers in the head.
"Are you guys alright,wait how are you guys alive?"A Rokiri asked.
"Kai?Tristen?I should be asking the same thing."Jordan said.
It turned out that
Kai and Tristen were the only two Rokiri to survive the shroud of corruption and they were searching the nation to see if there were any other survivors.
"You know these guys?"Darian asked.
"Yeah they've been my friends since my childhood and we trained to become ninjas together."Jordan said.
Other than MinLin and her group Kai said that they couldn't find any other survivors and they needed their help because Kai and Tristen were only two Rokiri and the corruption was everywhere,they couldn't take them all on their own.MinLin agreed to help them but if she did she wanted to know about the secrets that dwell within Rokirikori so that they can learn them to stop the corruption.The two Rokiri led the group to their underground bunker which was originally a hang out zone but now it was a safe point because of how dangerous the corruption has gotten.
"Why do you want to know the secrets of Rokirikori uh what was your name again?"Tristen asked.
"My name's MinLin Porika and the reason is because of this little Luma orb and it's to help save everyone from the corruption."MinLin answered.
"She's right,they need to learn the secrets of all 6 nations so they can use yin and yang's power to suppress the corruption again.In order to learn how to use that power they need to know its secrets.Besides do you want to save everyone or not?"Lucian asked.
"Lucian be nice!"MinLin said.
Kai and Tristen thought for a moment,they truly wanted to save Rokirikori and the Rokiri but didn't know if they can trust MinLin and her group.They said that they'll help them in the morning because it was late and the corruption is more powerful at night but if it was a lie then the ninjas would have them dead.MinLin wanted to see if Kohrae's deep wound was getting better but as she checked she was speechless,it was only one day and the wound already became a scar and she was also amazed by his great healing factor.Just after she went to sleep in her dreams she was in a void,she couldn't feel anything or speak but looked at the floating shards that looked like memories.Kohrae began sweating as in his dreams they began to turning into nightmares as he saw the very figure he tried to escape as a child,he jolted awake sweating and breathing heavily before he began to cry.
"Did you have a nightmare?"MinLin asked.
He didn't speak but rather he nodded and he refused to tell her what he saw in the nightmare.Ritora's face was pale and he was scared telling MinLin that he's being bothered by something.She hugged him and felt that he hugged back as a sign of his love and comfort.She cuddled to sleep with him which put him at ease and in MinLin's consciousness she was squealing because she loved him so much and now she knows that he loves her back.The next Morning KimLin wanted to check on MinLin but found her sleeping with Kohrae which made her jealous so she ran before the two woke up.
"Put this ninja wear on,it'll prevent you from making a single sound when walking or running."Kai instructed.
After changing into the ninja attire the two Rokiri led the group through the forest saying there was a temple that had been around since Ancient Gozmera so it may have the answers they're seeking.
"We're going to the temple of echoes,it's the oldest temple in Rokirikori so I can guarantee that it might have the answers you're looking for."Tristen said.
Just as they got there the corruption had been waiting for them making MinLin realize that if they got here first they're already inside.The corrupt wouldn't let them pass that easily so MinLin and her group fought them to enter.After pulverizing the corrupt forces they prepared to enter but with the last of its strength a corrupt spirit was going to kill MinLin with its knife but Kohrae pushed her and the knife struck him in the centre of his abdomen before he used his Electra to kill the corrupt spirit.
"No!Koko are you okay?"MinLin asked worried.
He said he was okay but wondered why MinLin called him Koko,the group entered the temple and Lucian helped light the way.
"Okay this place is like a maze so let's try our best to make sure we don't get—Separated."KimLin said before MinLin could finish her sentence.
"Oh for Leif's sake seriously?!"MinLin asked enraged.
The Twins had to continue to find a way to escape the maze and reunite with the others but luckily Lucian was still with them.They kept going but with each step they took it felt more like they were walking in circles.
"Argh!This is why I HATE mazes!"KimLin ranted.
MinLin told her that ranting won't get them far so they have to keep going.After walking for so long they came across a small trail of blood and it looked familiar to MinLin,she sniffed if but gasped in shock as her face was pale.
"Ok first of all did you have to do that?Secondly do you know whose blood that is?"KimLin asked.
The blood gave MinLin a small electric shock and it had a slight blue colour to it meaning it was Ritora's blood.She followed the trail in hopes that she'd find him alive but she came to find him unresponsive on the ground and blood covered his stomach.She panicked asking if he was okay or to at least say something but he didn't say anything,she began pounding him crying until he coughed and MinLin shed tears of relief.
"According to my senses the other four are close by but Ooh that one he uh he doesn't look too good."Lucian said.
"The others are that way,I had found them before searching for you."Ritora said.
