Tamia joined Raphael on the steps of his front door as he watched Kelso roll into the drive to collect his niece. Tamia put her head on his shoulder and wrapped her arms around his waist. "Baby she is fine.. she is not as timid and naive as you seem to mark her down for...look at how she handled Dolores.."

"Okay.. what do you think auntie.. do I look okay?." Lucia asked as she appeared by the door.
Tamia raised her eyebrows. "Stunning baby girl.. stunning... he's gonna take one look at you and you're definitely not coming home tonight.." Raphael looked at Tamia with a frown and it made both Tamia and Lucia laugh.
" I just want him to remember what he's got, and know what he's missing when he plays these games with me.." she kissed her uncle and aunts cheek and headed to the waiting car, all smiles, waving at them.
"You see... listen to her words she is not as wet behind the ears as you like to think she is.." Tamia said. They stayed on the doorstep and waved her off as soon as the car was out of sight. Raphael grabbed his wife around her waist and dragged her into the house. He wanted some time with her while the kids were at her parents house.

"... hey Kelso...
"Hey girl... you good... you look nice by the way.." he said looking back at her in the rearview mirror with a smile.
"Well it is just dinner at Hadyn's place... but I thought I would make an effort." She smiled.
"I heard that you and Dolores Leaford got into it... I'm so glad you smacked the shit out of her... I've been wanting to do that for the longest... but she's a woman and I'm a man and that would be very much frowned upon... so you go girl." He said. "I'm living my life through you.."
"Who told you?." She asked him.
"Yo uncle.. proud as hell he was earlier at the trap.. he was telling us all about it.." he laughed.
Lucia smiled. "There are so many other things that I've done in my life and achieved that he could actually be proud of rather than me hitting someone..." she shook her head but still had a smirk to her lips. She loved her uncle for sure.
She was actually glad of the chitchat on the way to Haydn's house, it made her feel at ease at a time where she was still feeling a bit nervous about seeing him and spending time with him. There were things that she needed to get off of her chest and she just hoped that he was ready to listen to her. She really wanted this relationship to go somewhere, but so far it just felt like there had been so many false starts. It was really difficult to get a foot on the ladder with him, harder than she believed it ever would be in the beginning.
Around 20 minutes later and after lots of deep breathing and self pep talking, the car pulled into his drive and Lucia felt her stomach churn. Kelso got out of the car and opened the door for her. "Well have fun." He smiled, as he held his hand out to her and helped her out of the car.
