Po and Sonic find inner peace and the truth

[We see a memory and a flashback of Po and Sonic's lives. The time they were in their room when Sonic was 5-6 years old and Po was 16, back at the noodle shop. Mr. Ping was out of town for groceries, and it was late at night, Po couldn't sleep and asked Sonic if he could sleep with him tonight. He said yes.]

Young Sonic: Hey, Po. Let me tell you something. Whenever we find ourselves in trouble, everything is going to be okay. Do you know why?

Young Po: Why?

Young Sonic: Because as long as we're together, we can do anything and solve our problems when we put our minds to it.

Young Po: Wow. That's really... great advice. Thanks, Sonic.

Young Sonic: No problem, Po.

Young Po: Hey, Sonic?

Young Sonic: Yeah?

Young Po: There is something I want to say to you.

Young Sonic: Sure. What is it?

Young Po: I love you, buddy.

Young Sonic: I love you too, brother.

[The hedgehog and Panda hug each other.]

[Daybreak In the present. The sky remained dark, a gentle rain falling from the grey clouds as thunder was echoing through the sky. In a forest an unknown distance from the city, an unconscious Po and Sonic float down the river, Po's arms splayed out, their fur sung from the blast but Sonic's was littered with bruises and fresh singe marks peppered his fur and he is on Po's belly on his stomach. The current moved them down what seemed like an endless stream. After many hours, they come to a stop at a low bridge near the edge of the river. Standing on the bridge is a familiar elderly goat who pokes Sonic's back several times with her cane. Some time later and not long after, Po started awakening as he regained consciousness when some water drops landed on his head. He slowly opened his eyes and observed his surroundings to find that he wasn't in Gongmen City anymore but inside the ruins of a small house. He looked down and saw his body was also bandaged and had several acupuncture needles in his body and there was also a cold bag wrapped around his head. He then turned to his left and saw Sonic lying next to him passed out, he was covered in bandages and had acupuncture needles in his body too. Po was filled with joy to see his friend/brother alive and would get up and hug him but he was still in pain that just getting up was too much.]

Po: (Oh, Sonic. I'm so glad and happy you're alright.)

[But Po spotted the Soothsayer nearby, sitting in front of a small fire, boiling and cooking something in a pot. Remembering her as the lady with Shen, he attempts to crawl away on his back silently, wincing as he does so away from her. The Soothsayer raises her head slightly when one of the floorboards creaks. Upon seeing her raise her head with the sound of a floor creak due to his weight, Po freezes... then goes limp with his eyes closed and sticks out his tongue, trying to play dead. After a few seconds, Po opened his eyes again and turned his head to the left only to see the Soothsayer, standing right in front of his face. Po shrieked and jumped, startled by her sudden appearance next to him, before groaning over his injuries. The Soothsayer handed Po a cup of unknown liquid in her left hand. ]

Po: Yeah right... like you're going to get me to drink tha─

[Soothsayer sticks a needle in his forehead, making his eyes bulge and his mouth pop wide open. She tosses the medicine in his mouth and yanks out the needle, making him swallow. Whatever she gave him made him gag as she went to Sonic's side with a different cup and the same unknown liquid in her right hand.]
