[After what seemed like a long chase, Po finally managed to catch up with Boss Wolf and he landed a big hit on the wolf. Boss Wolf takes the worst of the impact as he and Po crash into the ground outside the palace gates. A large ring portal appears a few feet behind Po and Sonic and Five come out of it and see Po with the beaten-up Wolf. They came onto the scene.]
Po: Yes! Taste the defeat! [Tigress caught Po's stumbling frame] Let me tell ya something: Next time when you mess with a panda, you'd better bring a whole... lotta...
[Po's pride turned into shock as he and the others noticed several wolves on the nearby balcony, pointing their archery arrows toward him and the other warriors. Other wolves appeared nearby and surrounded the outnumbered warriors, pointing their weapons towards them, ready to attack.]
Sonic: We're outnumbered; 7 to who knows how many wolves.
[Boss Wolf gets to his feet and faces the warriors.]
Boss Wolf: Guess nobody told you... when you mess with the wolf, you get the fangs!
[Boss Wolf punched Po in the gut, causing him to double over, winded.
Boss Wolf: Now I've hit you twice. What are you gonna do now, huh?
[The Five and Sonic glared at their opponents, as Po glared at the wolf in front of him for a moment. Suddenly, as it seemed the warriors were about to face a tough confrontation, Po stood up straight and then...]
Po: [Throwing his arms in the air in defeat] WE SURRENDER!
[Sonic. E.X.E has stopped working. Rebooting. Rebooting. Once rebooted...]
Sonic: ...I'm sorry, WE WHAT?!
[This confused his teammates, but before they could do anything, a gorilla pulled out some handcuffs and one by one, Monkey, Crane, Viper, Tigress, and Sonic were cuffed by several pairs of heavy-looking cuffs.]
Crane: You can chain my body, but you will never chain my─ [A wolf cuffs his neck, muffling his voice] warrior spirit!
Po: Hey, don't forget the little guy. [Grabs Mantis]
Mantis: Did you just call me...
[Po stuffs him in a little cage which he carries from that point on.]
Tigress: Po, what are you doing?
Sonic: [Whispering] More importantly, why did you say we surrender?!
Po: Don't worry, trust me. I've got a pla- [Cries out in pain as a unique pair of cuffs, featuring extending needles protruding from the sides, is slapped around his own wrist. As soon as he saw them he was in awe] No way... eight-point acupressure cuffs? Just like the ones that held Tai Lung! The more you move, the tighter they get! [A soldier hooks his cuffs on a pole and yanks him off his feet] These are the best cuffs!
Sonic: Really, Po?!
[He's dragged forward. Inside the palace atrium, Shen practices his words for his first meeting with Po and Sonic. He threateningly points his lance at an imaginary panda and a hedgehog.]
Lord Shen: Greetings, panda and hedgehog! At last we meet! [He falters] Oh, no no no no no... [He acrobatically flips about before pointing his lance in another direction] We meet at last! Yes! That's it! Greetings, panda and hedgehog! We meet at la- [He stops short when he ends up pointing his lance at the Soothsayer, who has appeared out of nowhere and taking off guard]
