Being born as royal pure-bloods, my brother and I were raised with strict principles, one of which was to control our thirst and never give in to temptation. However, when the little heart in front of my desk nervously played with her fingers, all the lessons we had been taught seemed to vanish into thin air.
I could see that my brother was thinking the same thing as me when he sat next to me, and we both couldn't believe what we were sensing. It was too good to be true. A human with a scent so powerful and alluring that we could barely control ourselves.
She was our mate, and we could feel it in our bones. The thought of it was exhilarating, and we knew that we had to have her.
I called out her name, "Crystal," and the sound echoed through the room. I knew that we had found what belonged to us, and nothing could stop us from claiming her as our own.
As soon as we released our essence towards her, she reacted instantly. It was like we had set off a switch inside her. Before we knew it, we were standing right in front of her, our presence overwhelming her. I could sense the fear in her eyes as she looked up at us, a mix of confusion and terror clouding her thoughts.
Most importantly the fucking lust in them.
At that moment, the chair she was sitting on was nothing more than a hindrance. Without a second thought, we pushed it away, forcefully crashing it into the wall behind her.
First, our lips took small kisses then our fangs followed.
Her first moans were now replaced by a of pain as our fangs went deeper drawing her sweet blood.
God I know I'm heading to hell after this but I'm sure her in our arms, her blood hitting my taste buds in the most thrilling way imaginable is pure ecstasy and heaven.
I feel her pulling away from my touch, resisting the intimacy we're trying to share. The weight of what we're doing to her suddenly hits me, and I'm jolted back to reality.
Xavier and I seemed to be sharing the same thoughts as we both pulled away. The air was filled with an unspoken tension. As I watched her, I realized it was too late to act. Despite the gravity of the situation, I found myself unable to feel regret as she lost consciousness and fell into my arms with a heavy, unsettling thud.
With a smirk and lust clear all over his face. Xavier grabbed her neck, and this time he bit on the spot on her neck that would sooner bear our mark.
"As I watched him administer a small dose of venom to her, I couldn't help but wonder if it was the best course of action. "Are you certain that's the wisest decision?" I asked with a mischievous smirk on my face. It might trigger something in her mind. The dose wasn't enough to turn her, but it was just the right amount to let anyone know that she belonged to us.
He pulled back licking off the remaining liquid dripping down her neck. "She'll learn." He whispered staring deeply into her soul.
"Then let's hope she's a quick learner"

CRYSTAL'S POV
I stepped into the shower with trembling hands and an uneven breath, feeling a sense of unease wash over me. As I watched the water cascade down my body, I couldn't help but notice a slight change in my hair's texture. It felt softer than usual, almost as if it had been conditioned with a new product.
I heard a voice in my head, my conscious trying to rationalize the sudden change. "Maybe it's the shampoo you're using," it said. I considered the possibility for a moment, but then shrugged it off and continued with my shower.
As I wrapped a towel around my body and turned to face the mirror, I noticed something strange. As I brushed my teeth, I couldn't help but notice that both of my canine teeth appeared sharper than normal. And then I looked into my eyes.
They were no longer the deep, midnight black that I had always known them to be. Instead, they were a strange mix of colors, with flecks of gold and green that I had never seen before.
I remembered my sister Mona telling me that our mother went into labor at exactly midnight, which was why we both had black eyes. But this was something different, something inexplicable. I couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong with me.
"Abigail's loud voice echoed from the outside as she approached the door and knocked on it. "Crystal! Are you good? I've been waiting out here for more than an hour," she exclaimed with a hint of concern in her tone.
Feeling a bit confused and flustered, I quickly grabbed a towel and started drying my hair as fast as I could.
After a few minutes, I stepped out of the bathroom, expecting to see Abigail's familiar figure waiting for me. However, to my surprise, I found myself face to face with Matthew and Xavier, both of whom were staring at me with curious expressions on their faces. I couldn't help but feel a bit uncomfortable and self-conscious under their gaze.
As I stood there, wrapped in a soft towel, the temperature in the room seemed to drop suddenly. It was then that I realized that my hair was still wet from the shower, with little droplets of water running down my back and shoulders.
The cool breeze from the open window was causing my skin to tingle, and I couldn't help but shiver slightly. Despite the warmth of the towel, I felt a chill run down my spine as the cold air enveloped me.
My heart raced as Matthew said my name and handed me the dress I had picked out for the day. I felt Xavier's eyes on me and looked up to see him staring intently at me.
"You look better than yesterday," he remarked, his gaze sweeping over me from head to toe.
I blushed and stuttered out a response, "T-thank you. I'll go change now." I held the dress close to my chest, took a deep breath, and made my way to the walk-in closet to change into it.
"Not so fast, princess," Xavier's voice rang out as his strong grip closed around my arm, pulling me towards him. As his body pressed close to mine, I couldn't help but feel that inexplicable draw again, sending shivers down my spine. It made my knees weak with pleasure.
"I think I like you better in a towel," he whispered in my ear. I could feel his cold fingers as they carefully wrapped around my throat, ignoring my inner voice telling me to pull away.
"What are you doing?"I asked in a whisper, more of a moan as I tried tagging his hand around my throat.
"Calming what's mine" he whispered in a low tone. With a deep gasp, I felt something sharp in my throat, and memories of what they did started playing inside my mind.
"Xavier" Matthew warned. With a sigh, Xavier pulled away while I still stood there wide-eyed. "Princess, change in this dress and come down for breakfast, you have 5 minutes" As I listened to his voice, I could sense a warning in it.
Suddenly, I saw them leave in a flash, their speed leaving behind a gash in the air that silently blew away the force of their impact. It was like watching a bolt of lightning disappear into the distance, leaving me in awe of its power and speed.
I shook myself out of my daze and quickly slipped on the dress that lay on the bed. I didn't want to keep anyone waiting, so I hurriedly left the room and made my way down the hallway. As I walked, I could hear the sound of two voices drifting towards me - presumably Matthew and Xavier.
Curiosity piqued, and I followed the sound until I reached a flight of stairs. The steps were made of polished wood and the railing was smooth and cool to the touch. I hesitated for just a moment, taking in my surroundings before making my way down the stairs to join them.
