It was a sunny summer day and the party were all going to hang out at a local amusement park.
The Byers, including el had just moved back from California and moved into a new home with Hopper.
The party were very happy that their friends were back in Hawkins and they can see them all the time now, especially Mike since El could now come to their school.
Mike, Lucas, Max, and Dustin were now at the Byers house waiting for El and Will to come down the stairs, ready to go to the amusement park.
"Hey guys!" Will walked down the stairs with an excited smile.
"Hey man!" Lucas smiled as the party greeted him.
"Where's El?" Mike asked with furrowed eyebrows.
"Still getting ready." Will sighed.
Mike nodded and El came walking quickly down the stairs.
"Okay! I'm ready!" El said happily.
El was really happy to be back home because back in California her only friend was Will, and they couldn't go anywhere fun because the bully's were always there. So El was happy to be able to hang out in fun places with her friends and boyfriend, she also was excited because she didn't need to follow any "rules."
Mike felt his breath hitch when he saw el. Mike swore every time he saw el she became even more beautiful.
El was wearing jeans and a grey shirt with a black leather jacket wrapped around her.
"Hey el." Mike smiled and the party chuckled behind him making him glare at them.
"Hi Mike!" El smiled and miked kissed her cheek and grabbed her hand.
"Come on! Steve's waiting!"
"Bye kids!" Joyce waved.
"Bye Mrs Byers!" Mike, Lucas, Max, and Dustin smiled.
"Bye mom!" Will and El said.
The party ran out to Steve's car and he rolled his eyes.
"Finally! You kids took forever!" Steve grunted.
"Just drive, Steve." Dustin groaned.
"Jesus, alright!" Steve yelled.
The party arrived at the amusement park and once everyone exited the car Steve stuck his head out of the car and pointed a finger at the teens.
"You shitheads be careful okay? I'll pick you up later." Steve said firmly.
"Anything you say, mom." Lucas joked as the party laughed and Max leaned on him.
Steve rolled his eyes and drove away.
Dustin clapped his hands.
"Alright let's go!"
Mike grabbed els hand and followed the party, trying to find a ride to ride.
"I'm glad you're here, el." Mike smiled.
"Me too." El smiled.
