Bobby Bearhug 
She would be so happy and probably kiss you again.
DogDay
His tail would start wagging and he would squeeze you to death with a hug. 
Bubba Bubbaphant
He wouldn't have much of a reaction on the outside, but would be smiling like an idiot on the inside. I just know it.
Kicken Chicken
He would try to brush it off and act cool about it but his smile (can he smile with his beak?-) would prove it wrong.
Hoppy Hopscotch
She would smile and say "Do it again!" 100x until you do it again-
Crafty Corn
She would stare at you for a minute and then go back to her drawing. It's not cuz she doesn't care as much but she doesn't want you to see her blushing like crazy.
Picky Piggy
Like Bobby, she would kiss you again. (Picky Piggy is my fave smiling critter so that may be biased)
