You hear a shuffle noise. You turn to the door, in which the noise is from. Looking around, it seems there's a package? A letter and a tape. (If the story doesn't give you anything to watch it with just assume you used one of those radio TV's from window.. Like, you know what I'm talking about?-)
'Everyone thinks the staff disappeared 10 years ago. We're still here. Find the flower :p'
Bobby Bearhug
Even though the house in which it was from is not yours (since your practically homeless and what not) it felt like the letter was calling to you. And the flower and Tape? Heck yeah.
You turned to Bobby, who was sleeping in your very dirty backpack. "Bobby!" You whisper-shouted. "Bobby, look." Bobby looked up, starting to wake up a little.
"What's wrong, Y/N?" She asked. "Nothing's technically wrong... But I got this letter and tape that is EXTREMELY similar to the one from Playtime Co.. Have a look!" She looked it over a little.
"Wow.. It really is-" She paused. "Are you thinking of going back?.." She whimpered. You understood why. Her friends had died there, and the only one that's possibly still alive is.. Well, I think you know.
"You don't have to come with me." "No! Absolutely not!" Came her immediate reply. "I refuse to lose anymore people to that place.." She muttered the last part.
Dogday
You couldn't believe it. Not in like, a bad way, but in a 'I have no idea what to do now' way. These 10 years, this family you have now; has been a gift, to say the least. But could the letter really be from?.. If he was alive, you wanted to know. You wanted to save him. If he wasn't? You wanted to at least have some confirmation.
"Y/N, Isobel, Kasey, and Adrien(I DON'T REMEMBER HIS NAME ONG)! Dinner is ready!" Oh yeah, you should prolly explain that.
A month after you joined their family, Kasey showed up. Everyone but you seemed to recognize her. Strange, isn't it?
Anyways, you headed down to dinner. Should you tell someone? No... They would tell you it was to dangerous. But you needed to do this. You could feel it.
That night, you packed your whole bag. You were so focused, you hadn't realized you'd left your door open. "..Y/N? Where are you going?" Kasey. Of course she caught you. You turned around.
"I have to go back.. Back to my home before you guys." It was best to be honest. "...Are you coming back?" The worry was clear in her eyes. "I can say I'll try my hardest, my I won't lie and say it's guaranteed..." Both of you knew what that meant. She was quiet for a moment.
Then she walked up to you, unwrapping her cardigan from her waist. It was sort of a shock, because ever since she came, it was always perpetually there. She put it around your shoulder, making sure it would stay. "I know how it feels to need to come back to a part of you. I will let you go. Just promise me you'll try your hardest. Please?" You could see it in her eyes.
You had never known what had drawn her into joining this family. She had never known where exactly you came from, or why you showed up. But that was what made it so easy to get used to each other. You both came from a horrible situation, and survived.
Your final words were a promise to try. And she watched you leave from your window. Maybe deep down, both of you knew this was not the end.
Kicken Chicken
You looked over at Kicken, who had joined you on the couch mid-tape. He just sighed. "Show me the letter." You did.
He side-eyed you. "Your really gonna go back to that death trap?" He scoffed. "Yeah, basically." You said. "Don't judge me, mister 'I've never... been outside before...'" You mocked. Over time, you kind of grew less silent. You were more of a memey duo.
Hoppy Hopscotch
You had to rewatch the tape a few times because you kept zoning out. At one point, a hyperpigmentated Funtime Freddy literally stood in front of you. But you were not ready for Freddy.
"Hey Y/N! Watcha doin?" Said the autistic muffin that was your brother. "Watching a tape and reading a letter that's probably a main antagonist leading me into a trap so they can use me to kill some big monster, sacrificing everyone for her own gain."
"Cool. You gonna go?"
"Yeah. I'm taking Hoppy with me."
Bubba Bubbaphant
Thanks to you finally being able to figure things out yourself, you had grown. There was something about the letter that was off, but who were you to question it? Your parents were still asleep, so it should be fine.
"Bubba! Get your shit, were breaking into a factory." You hear Bubba sigh from down the hall. "I'll get the wire scissors."
CraftyCorn
"Do you want to go Y/N? If so, I have a lot of things ready." CraftyCorn asked. "Yeah sure, why not. It's not like we have anything better to do."
Catnap
"Y/N, can we-" "You just wanna see your God again, don't you?" "Yes."
Picky Piggy
You and Picky Piggy had everything ready to go. "Y/N/N? Where are you going?... Can I come?" B/N asked.
You looked at him. "B/N, I wish I could say you could, but you really can't." He looked disappointed. You gave him a hug, because honestly, you weren't sure if you'd get another chance to. "There will come a time when you have to go somewhere scary. Regardless of what it may be. That will be your time to go, but now, is not that time." You whispered.
With that, you got him a glass of warm milk and watched him waddle up the stairs. He looked back at you one more time, before completely waddling away. "That was cute, Y/N." Picky smiled. "I didn't even have to say anything!"
"Yeah, let's hope it's the last time this happens."
