Chapter 48
Julie's POV:
The next day, we all made a huge breakfast. Surprisingly Charlie was a good cook, but he was really quiet. I don't know how Jessa could stand it.

After fighting over the bathroom for the majority of the morning, we finally left the apartment. Oliver hailed a taxi van and we piled in.

We decided to shop until lunch. Charlie and Oliver just watched from the side lines, as Jessa and I ran around, laughing at some of the awful clothes. After handing the bags to our boyfriends, we went to Starbucks and got drinks for everyone.

We went sight-seeing next. Jessa was really excited about that, but I thought it was boring. Sometimes we are seriously opposites. Holding Oliver's hand, I leaned into his side, tired from our day. After she was done, Jessa decided she was tired too, so we got another cab, and went home.

Sinking into the couch, I watched as jessa and Charlie made dinner. They were really cute together. I wished they could stay, but they had they're own lives to live.

At dinner, I asked them when they thought they would head home.

"I don't know, I told my parents I would be home in a week but that counts for the days we would have to drive back. So maybe in two days we'll head out. I'm gonna miss you, guys," Jessa said.

"We'll miss you, too," I pouted.

"You better not find some snooty New Yorkers and forget about us," Jessa laughed.

"No way in hell would I forget about my best friend," I reassured her.

After dinner, we played with the dogs until Princess and Valentine fell asleep. Pulling out the couch once more, Jessa and Charlie went to sleep. Oliver and I did the same.

"The only problem with guests is we can't do the 'bang bang'," Oliver giggled.

I laughed. "Yes, but as soon as they're gone...." I wiggled my eyebrows suggestively.

He kissed me sweetly, pulling me closer. I sighed contently and fell asleep.
