Chapter 14
Oliver's POV: We sit and wait, comfortable silence filling the room. The doorbell rang and a voice shouts in a sing song voice, "knockity knockity!" Jessa was a wild one. Only her boyfriend, Charlie, could tame her, and that was kissing her. Julie runs to the door, yelling, "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" I shake my head, laughing to myself. Their friendship was truly weird. "You have so much to tell me and I have so much to tell you," Jessa says, out of breath. I walk to the door. "Alright alright, let's break up the love-fest here," I say. Julie gives me the death glare, then goes back to talking to jessa about nonsense things. I walked up to Julie's room, knowing they would follow me. They did. I sat in her desk chair, waiting for them to quiet down. "Ok ok firsts things first," Julie started. "Cam and I broke up." I look to jessa for her reaction: straight face. "I know." She said. "What?" Julie and I say at the same time. "Yeah, cam told Charlie." Jessa said. That bitch, I thought. "Does he want me back?" Julie said quietly. Jessa sadly nodded. "He went straight to Charlie and STARTED CRYING JULES. Not only because you broke up with him, but because I guess Oliver punched him," jessa explained. "Really? What a pu-" I started but Julie cut me off. "Not that word please Oliver!" Jessa continued. "He was complaining to Charlie and me about how Oliver was so mean to him," jessa rolled her eyes. He was pathetic. "Oh my god, what a bitch," Julie said, voicing my thoughts. "It gets worse," jessa said. Julie groaned. "He said he was gonna get Oliver back for what he did." My eyes widened. "What is he gonna do?" I ask, failing to keep the panic from my voice. "He said he was gonna...he's gonna beat you up Oliver." Jessa said. "That's it?" I snorted. I could take that pip squeak down. "Whatever," I said shrugging. "Julie, you wanna tell her about...?" I asked her. "Oh right," she said, a blush creeping from her neck to her cheeks. So cute. "What?" Jessa asked. "Um since the wedding," Julie started, " me and Oliver have been...dating." I put my head down. Hearing it out loud it sounded so bad, given our situation. We're step brother and sister. This was practically incest. "And," Julie said, pulling me away from my thoughts. "I was in the hospital." "WHAT?! AND YOU DIDNT TELL ME?! WHAT THE FUCK JULIE??" Jessa screamed, standing up. I winced. "Calm down! It was just a silly broken ankle and a..." Julie stopped right there. But jessa wasn't having it. "What...happened?" Jessa whispered, seething; her hands were clenched and shaking. "It was a concussion." Julie said. "Oh god Jules," jessa whispered, collapsing onto the bed. "Why didnt you tell me?" Julie just shook her head. I was only there for a day and I feel terrible." Julie said. Jessa hugged her. "No I feel terrible. I should've kept in touch more." Jessa said. "So what do you think? About...us?" I said. Jessa looked over at me and smiled. "I think you guys are perfect for each other," she said. "Really?" Julie said. "Yes!" Jessa exclaimed. I walked over to Julie and planted a big kiss on her lips. "Awwwwwww!" Jessa said. I inwardly rolled my eyes in embarrassment but still kissed her. After a few more seconds, jessa said, "ok Oliver you're gonna eat her face off." We broke away laughing. "Well after that, I have to asked. Have you guys.... Ya know...?" Jessa asked, making the motion of a finger in a hole. "Fuck, you mean? Holy shit yes!" I said. "Seriously? Julie! Details!" Jessa said. Details? Oh well ok. "After my parents left," Julie said, "we were casually making out and we brought it to the bedroom. In got intense and then the clothes were off and thrust-" "ok! You can keep that part to yourselves!" Jessa said. I smirk and Julie blushes. "Plus we just had a pregnancy scare," I said nonchalantly. Jessa's eyes bulged and her mouth opened and closed repeatedly. "Oh. So you're not pregnant right?" She asked. We shook our heads. Jessa let out the breath I guess she was holding. "Thank god. Buy some freaking condoms next time, geniuses."
