A few months passed since the sports festival and it was still the talk of the streets. Everyone was talking about the infamous Class 1-A that I had yet to fully meet.
It's not that you couldn't, it's that you've been quite busy. Also, you didn't have the energy for it.
The only one I had met was Midoriya and today I will be meeting the others before they leave for their internships.
I walked through the gates of UA observing the few students that walked among the grounds. The only way I was able to enter was because of the pass principal Nezu had given me.
I ran a hand through my hair and sighed. "This is going to be a long day..." I groaned.
Inside class 1-A
"Mr. Aizawa, you don't have bandages anymore." A green-haired girl announced. "That's good news."
"The old lady went a little overboard in her treatment. Anyway." He cleared his throat. "We have a big class today on Hero Informatics."
An unsettling chill ran past the students. The students one by one began thinking the worst.
"You need code names," Aizawa said. "Time to pick your hero identities."
The fear suddenly went away as the class jumped in excitement and happiness. Irritation crossed Aizawa's features, quickly making the class compose themselves.
"This is related to the pro hero draft picks that I mentioned the last time we were in class together." He informed.
"Normally, students don't have to worry about the draft yet. Not until their second or third year actually, but your class is different. In fact, by extending offers to first-years like you, pros are essentially investing in your potential." He continued telling them about their offers and so on.
"So what you're saying is that we'll still have to prove ourselves after recruitment." The invisible girl, Hagakure said.
"Correct. Now I'll show you your offers."
After they had discussed more about the internships, Aizawa moved onto a dreaded subject.
"These hero names will likely be temporary, but take them seriously or.." The door burst open and a woman barged inside finishing his sentence.
"...you'll have hell to pay later!" Midnight continued. "What you pick today could be your code name for life. You better be careful, or you'll be stuck will something utterly indecent."
"It's Midnight!" Some students exclaimed. "She's going to have final approval over your names."
"We also have someone for you to meet later-"Aizawa lazily said.
A knock was heard on the door. The door was then pushed open by All Might. "Hello, students!" He cheerfully said.
I walked into the classroom with a blank expression. The only reason I am coming here now is because All Might was dragging me along.
I stepped into the classroom and scanned everyone there. Me and Aizawa made eye contact for a split second causing us both to look away quickly.
It's not like we had problems- Wait never mind, we do actually.
I am a person who he would tolerate but he hated how I didn't show him respect. It's really because he believes that I have a villainess nature and watches me like a hawk.
"Y/n." He acknowledged without looking at me.
"Aizawa," I said staring ahead with my arms crossed. Everyone could feel the tense atmosphere in the room.
All might sweat dropped and quickly cleared his throat anxiously. Meanwhile, the students observed in slight panic.
"Ms. Y/n!" Midoriya greeted. I shot him a small smile. "Hey Midoriya."
"Y-you know her?!" The kid with purple balls on his head shouted. "How could you gatekeeping something that beautiful?!" He shouted gripped onto his sleeve.
My eyes widened at his sudden confession. "Enough Mineta." Aizawa glared, scaring all of the students. "Please introduce yourself Y/n." Midnight said nervously.
"Umm, sure. Well, for starters there isn't much to know...My name is Y/n and the teachers thought it would be a good idea for us to be aquatinted I guess..."
"Some of the teachers," Aizawa said under his breath but I heard him and rolled my eyes. The class began talking amongst themselves as I glared at Aizawa.
"Got something to say Eraserhead." He turned and looked at me. "Well for starters..." He took a step closer.
"You don't belong here." He said lowly to where only I could hear him. "That's funny because I know a few people who would think otherwise."
"Y/n here will be around your class so it's best that you know who she is and that she knows who you all are as well." All might explained gaining everyone's attention once more.
"Everyone introduce yourselves." Midnight said.
One by one they all explained their quirks and some information about themselves.
"It was nice meeting you guys, but I think the principal is still expecting me.." They groaned in sadness. "I'll see you guys later."
"Thank you Ms y/n for speaking to our class! It was a pleasure meeting you!" Tenya shouted. I smiled at him and waved goodbye.
"Are you alright?" Toshinori asked. "Yeah just curious about what Principal Nezu called me here for."
"You'll know soon enough," He said with a sigh.
'Was it really that bad?'
We arrived at the office and not only was Principal Nezu here but also pro-hero Endeavor.
