"As you may know there is a vigilante who goes by the name "hero killer" Endeavor trailed. "Yeah, I've heard a few things..."

"With everything going on, we want to take as many precautions as possible to protect the student since they've been quite the target."

"We would like for you to stick around campus more often," He informed me.

"Your quirk and skills could be of good use to us. If in a case the students were in trouble, your quirk would be a quick and efficient way to help us protect the students." Principal Nezu said.

"Well I'm not really-"

"We also have an assignment for you, you'll get paid for it so treat it as if it's a normal job of yours." Evendor cut me off making me glance at him with a scowl. He smirked at his arrogance.

"The hero killer Stain has been a nuisance in the streets, I'm sure you've heard Y/n." Toshinori said to me and I nodded in agreement.

"Yes, it's been on the news that he was responsible for what happened to Ingenium." I commented feeling sad for the poor guy.

"So far he has killed 17 and critically injured 23 heroes." My eyes slightly widened. "So you want me to find the guy that's responsible for this?"

"Yes," Evendor said. "Do you know his real name? Or even have a picture of him?" Principal Nezu shook his head.

"So how exactly am I supposed to do this?" I asked in confusion. "We know that he's in Hosu but that's about it."

"And you couldn't hire a regular Private Investigator because?" I squinted my eyes at them.

"You also have combat abilities so if in a way you encounter him you should be able to get away. The police force asked us Hero's to investigate it, so I'm asking for your assistance."

I looked at All Might who sent me eyes that were asking me to help them. "I'll do it but I can't leave now since I have a job I am already working on."

They sent me a smile. "Sounds great."

A few days later

I stepped onto the bullet train that would stop in Hosu. I found my seat and placed my headset on my shoulders, next, I pulled my laptop out. I pressed my email icon and scanned messages of clients requesting my service.

"Ms. Y/n?" I hear a familiar green-haired boy say. "Midoriya? Hey, what are you doing here?" I closed my laptop and sat on the seat across from him.

"Oh I'm on my internship, this is Grand Torino," He said pointing to a short old man in a yellow hero costume. I sent him a nod of acknowledgment in which he returned. "He's training me. Did you know he-"

"Trained Toshinori as well? Yeah, I've heard a few stories. He's terrified of you," I laughed at how he shook in fear as we ate lunch one day speaking about one of his mentors.

"You know him by his name?" The elder man asked. "Yeah, it's a long story."

"She also knows about his true form," Midoriya told him leaving him in shock. "So what are you doing here?" He asked me.

"I have some business to handle in Hosu." I smiled at him and his eyes slightly widened. "Ida is there, I haven't heard back from him. Normally he wouldn't take more than three minutes to respond but since the incident with his brother..." He sadly trailed off.

His brother was attacked by the hero killer. I'm sure Ida had plenty of offers yet he resided in Hosu?

This could only mean one thing.

"Hey, did you see that?" A passenger gasped. We all turned to them. "A building exploded."

"Where?" A female said.

"What's the ruckus?" Gran Torino asked. "Some kind of fire?" Midoriya asked.

I sat up from my seat, looking around. "Passengers please hold onto your seats." The announcer said through the speaker.

Seconds later the train abruptly stopped, making us fly forward. Screams echoed around the train as a man was slammed through the train wall.

"What the hell-" He said trying to sit up. His face was then grabbed by a blue hand that slammed him back onto the ground.

"Nomu!" I heard Midorya say in terror. "You mean the ones that attacked the USJ?!" I shouted to him and he nodded anxiously.

"I want you two to stay back, you hear me?" Gran Torino said before landing a kick on the Nomu's head. "Hey, wait!" Midoriya shouted.

He leaped from the train's wall and tackled the Nomu out of the train. "Gran Torino!" He shouted running to the ripped-open train.

I joined his side and horror covered our features as we looked at another section of the city that exploded.

"If there's a Nomu, that means the League of Villains is involved." I commented lazily. Not what I had in mind today.

"Everyone, please! Remain calm! Return to your seat! The villain is no longer here! More heroes will arrive soon, I'm sure!"

I rushed through the crowd of distressed people and squatted down by the hero. I checked his pulse. He was still alive just badly beaten and knocked out.

"He's fine just injured but he'll live." I grabbed my backpack and leaped through the hole in the train's wall.

"Hey lady it's not safe out there!" The train conductor shouted at me in worry. "Y/n!" I heard Midorya yell as he joined my side.

"Keep them calm. I'm going after him." He said to the conductor. "Hey, are you two nuts? It's way too dangerous out there!"

"Where are you headed Ms. Y/n?" He asked joining my running side. "Remember that business I told you about. Yeah now is the time for me to go, I can't be late."

He ran beside me and looked at me in confusion. "Hey you should go find your classmates and Gran Torino, they are here. Help out in the best way you can, I will find you and join your sides later."

He nodded. "Be safe Ms. Y/n-"

"Don't worry about me Midorya. Go put your training to the test." I told him with a smile. He nodded and activated his power to sprint off faster.
