The bus finally made its first stop and everyone exited the bus. Mineta bounced around in need of a toilet.
I grabbed my backpack and stood beside Eraserhead glancing at the familiar black car. "You don't really think we stopped here just so you could stretch your legs, do you?" He said to the class.
The car doors opened and I smiled. "Heya, Eraser!" Mandalay greeted.
"Long time no see." Eraserhead greeted back. "You feline fantasies are here. Say "Meow" Mandalay said to the class.
"Purrfectly cute and catlike girls!" Pixie Bob added. "You can call us the Wild, Wild Pussycats!" They said in sync.
"These are the pro heroes you'll be working with at the summer training camp," Aizawa said to the class. I walked to the car and into Kota's line of view.
Without a second, he engulfed me in a hug. "Hey Kota, I missed you too." You said as you rested a hand on his hat.
"Y/n!!!!" Pixie-bob shouted as soon as you released Kota she squeezed you tightly. "We just talked last night Pixie." You said as she tightly hugged you.
"Heya Y/n!" Mandalay greeted me with a more normal hug. "You know them, Ms. Y/n?" Mina asked.
"Awww they talk to you so formally!" Pixie teased making you groan in embarrassment. "Y/n is great friends with them, that's why she didn't turn down the offer to come with you guys." Aizawa said slightly throwing shots at my laziness.
"They're a four-person hero team who specializes in mountain rescues!" Izuku suddenly announced in excitement. "The Pussycats were founded when we were kids, like forever ago!"
Mandalay and Pixie-Bob gasped making you bite back a laugh. "This marks their 12th year working as a-" Pixie then lunged at Izuku grabbing his face.
"I'm pretty sure your math must be off. I'm 18 at heart." She said making us sweat drop. "Understood" Izuku said.
"Everyone say hello." Aizawa said to the class. "Hello, nice to meet you."
"We own this whole stretch of land out here. Everything you can see. The summer camp you're staying at is there at the base of the mountain." Mandalay explained to the class.
"That's far." They said in sync. "Then why did we stop all the way up here instead?" Uraraka asked.
"I'm afraid we both know the answer to that." Tsuyu said. "That can't be right."
"Um, back on the bus..." Sero laughed nervously. "Quick let's go."
"Good idea. Load up." Another student added making me laugh.
"The current time is 9:30 in the morning. If you're fast about it, you might make it there by noon." Mandalay said scaring them even more. "No way. Guys!"
"Holy crap!"
"Save yourselves!"
"Kitties who don't make it there by 12:30 won't get any lunch." She added. "You should've guessed, students. The training camp...has already begun."
Pixie-bob planted her hands on the ground controlling it sending the students flying over the rail.
"Good news! Since this is private land, you can use your quirks as much as you want to!" Mandalay informed.
"You've got three full hours. You should be able to make it to the facility in that time. That is if you can get through the Beast's Forest." She added.
"Don't you think you've got them on a pretty crazy schedule, Eraser?" Mandalay asked him. "Yeah, I'm hoping we can get an entire second semester's worth of knowledge in them here."
"That's going to the an intense amount of work. But the rewards will be worth it. They'll get permits to use their Quirks if there's ever an emergency and provisional licenses that will allow them to work as heroes." Aizawa said.
"Most importantly, with all the villainous activity we've been tracking...they need to be able to defend themselves." He added making me zone out once more.
How is it that the league always finds the students?
"I'm guessing that's what has Y/n all quiet?" Mandalay asked him. "I'm not sure. She's been that way since this morning and All Might said she's been more closed off."
"Yeah, I've talked to Pixie about that." Mandalay sighed watching Y/n gaze over the railing beside Kota. "She said Y/n is getting into things she shouldn't." Aizawa raised his brows.
"She's been investigating the League of Villans on her own. Ever since her grandfather's accident, she's been digging into things that could upset the wrong people and that's what we're worried about." Aizawa only listened.
Since the time he first met Y/n, she had a wild personality, one that always amused him. Normal she would throw some kind of childish remarks at him but this time he was only met with silence.
Now it was as if she were carrying more burdens than she could take. "I can't really tell you as much but I'm sure Pixie bob could. She's the one of the only people Y/n trusts."
"Kota, we're leaving," Mandalay announced. "Idiots." He mumbled as he watched the students below.
