A few days have passed since Yoichi had given me the drive and you were now sitting against the window frame in deep thought.

Your grandfather is not only tied to the League of Villains but also the Yakuza. This whole thing was starting to become a little too much even for yourself.

After viewing what was on that drive, you were left stunned. It was a lot of information about the Shie Hassaikai more than you currently knew since you didn't want to meddle with the Yakuza.

You were able to gather some information about the members but it's honestly a lot of things that shouldn't have been seen.

Especially with these quirk bullets of there's. You were planning on telling All Might because this may be more serious than what you thought it would be.

It's too late to turn back now considering how deep you are in this case. What makes matters worse is that you also haven't been taking any assignments recently due to how focused you were on this.

"I need a drink..." I sighed unraveling my hair as I stepped out of the shower. Going to the bar wouldn't hurt.

Yes, we had a collection of drinks here but I've been crammed in this house for the past few days.

After I finished throwing on some clothes, I locked up the house and made my way to the bar.

When I entered, the smell of alcohol, smoke, and different scents of perfumes filled my nose. I took a seat at the bar and ordered a drink.

"Haven't seen you around here in a while." The bartender, Genji said. "Is that a bad thing?" I said with a small smile.

"Yes considering you are my favorite customer." He leaned down closer to my face making my breathing hitch. He slid me my shot and watched as I downed it.

"Well, I'll swing by more often again." You said swirling around the empty glass. He looked at me with a slight grin. "You still stalking people?" He teased making you roll your eyes.

"It's not stalking. Consider it private detective work..." You mumbled with a slight laugh. It was stalking but you were getting paid to do it so it didn't matter to you as long as the money was good.

"But hey," He leaned in closer. "I've been hearing a lot of things about this new villain group."

"You mean the League of Villains?" You asked with scrunched-up brows. "Yeah, those guys. They are recruiting." He slid me a card and I scanned it.

"Considering you're not exactly a hero...and you do amazing work I figured it could pique your interest." He suggested as he cleaned a glass.

"What part of 'I don't work for anyone' do you not get? I'm not about to be a lap dog for some wannabe criminals."You said a little too loud. You groaned and hit your head against the counter.

"That one hurt Princess." A man said slipping into the seat beside me. "Who the hell are you?" You glared at the man too close for comfort. Genji sent you a silent worried gaze making you read the situation.

"Ah, so you work for this so-called wannabe group of villains. How cute." You laughed. The man stared at you with his piercing blue eyes.

"Another one please." You smiled at Genji who sighed walking away after giving you another shot. "I've heard some things about you." The man said.

"I'm sure you have." You said to him smartly taking another shot. He carefully watched you before smirking. "Are you always this disrespectful to your clients?" He asked making you squint your eyes at him.

"Client? I haven't accepted any cases recently." You said in confusion, shaking your head. By now you were at least seven shots in and you decided it would be best to call it quits.

As you hopped down from the stool you felt a hand grab your forearm making you stumble slightly. Genji looked at you in concern but only watched from a distance as it wasn't his place.

"Maybe you should. It could help you in the end." He said staring into your eyes intensely. You snatched your arm away from him and shoved him.

Pulling out some cash from your pocket you placed it down for Genji before briefly making eye contact with him.

'I'll be fine' Was the look you gave him. One that allowed him to resume his work duties.

"I'll have to pass." You said with a smile, leaving the bar. You didn't want to go home since you noticed the man following you.

However, you did have an apartment that held the things you needed in case things were to escalate.

You took a detour down an alley before lazily snapping your head over your shoulder halting your movements. "My boss doesn't like taking 'no' as an answer, Y/n."

"Well that really does suck, Toya." When he grabbed your arm earlier you took the opportunity to find out who he was.

"What did you just call me." You knew from the moment you said his name that his entire body language changed.
