It had been two whole days and Midoriya had finally awakened. After speaking with his doctor Midoriya read the note that Kota had given him.

The police department continued to contact the pros for their assistance including the top heroes.

Bakugo and Y/n however we're fed up with the villains' bullshit. No matter how much they tried to talk with him about joining, he denied which Y/n was thankful he didn't lose his mindset at least not like she was.

When Dabi took her back into the previous room she was in, they drugged her.

" They aren't fucking real." She cried to herself in anger. "It was all fake. My mom and dad- They were never here." She gripped her hair believing she was going crazy but it was the drugs.

She was aware enough to know the drugs were messing with her head. She hugged the blanket tighter to her body as he took slow steps toward her.

"Y/n-"

"Don't you come any closer to me!" She spat pointing a finger at him. "I only changed your clothes. Nothing happened...yet." He said suddenly pinning her on the bed.

"You are fucking sick." She shouted shoving him off of her and making him scoff smugly.

Later Toga had given her a pair of shorts but not before blushing and smiling greedily at Dabi. Ready to bombard him with questions.

You however were even more uncomfortable considering the shorts she bought for you were slightly too small but it was somewhat a good thing considering the bandages on your leg.

"I'll ask you one more time, Katsuki Bakugo. Aspiring hero. Will you join the League of Villains?" Shirigaki asked.

"Go throw yourself into traffic," Bakugo said making me laugh. "How about you Y/n?"

"Go fuck yourself." You say but targeting your words at Dabi who only glared.

"Let's return to a short clip from the UA High School press conference that just wrapped up." You heard the television say. You and Bakugo's eyes snapped up to the screen.

It was Vlad King, Principal Nezu, and Aizawa. He looked tired and defeated. Your gaze couldn't help but soften as his face appeared on the screen. He hated things like this.

"We are here to apologize. A recent incident slowed harm to come to 27 first-year heroes." Aizawa started. "And we staff were ill-prepared. We take responsibility for any trauma caused by our negligence."

"Aizawa..." You mumbled sadly.

"It's our duty to train heroes, but also to protect heroes in training." The three of them bowed in apology to the camera.

"I'll take the first question." A reporter said. "Since the beginning of the year, UA students have had four encounters with villains. This time, some students were gravely injured. How did you explain this to their families?"

"We will increase patrols around the school grounds, and review security measures within the school. The safety of UA's students is our main priority, make no mistake about it." Principal Nezu said.

Shirigaki turned off the TV just as Aizawa spoke. "Isn't that strange? The heroes are becoming the bad guys. Seems like they're not dealing with this very well at all. So much criticism." He announced.

You glared as all the villains in the room watched you and Bakugo. "Modern-day heroes sure have it rough. Don't you think?"

"Once a hero receives payment to protect people, they aren't a real hero anymore. That's what Stain's actions taught us." Spinner said.

"Fuck Stain. He only cared about his own selfish beliefs and thought killing heroes would make society better but it didn't. More innocent people get hurt or even worse killed." You spat out.

"For someone who doesn't claim to be a hero, you sure are sounding like one Y/n," Magne said with a laugh.

"A hero in this current system only cares about money and glory. And since society buys into those idiotic rules, anyone deemed a loser is shoved aside." Shirigaki said making you fall into thought.

"Dabi, let him go," Shirigaki announced making your eyes widen. "You know he'll just fight." Dabi retorted.

"It's fine. We're recruiting him, so we should treat him as an equal. Besides, he's smart enough to know he can't take us all, right? After all UA students are so clever." You side eyes Bakugo who was already glancing at you.

"Hey Twice. You do it." Dabi ordered. "Sure thing! No way." He responded.

"Do it." He said in annoyance. "Oh, man."

"I do apologize for such forceful methods. But please understand that we aren't some kind of unruly mob committing crimes without a third act in mind." Mr. Compress said making you roll your eyes.

"We didn't kidnap you by accident."

"Even though our backgrounds are different, everyone here has suffered. Because of people. Rules. Isn't that right Y/n?" Shrigaki said.

Once the shackles were off, Bakugo glanced at me and I nodded. He punched Twice and I slammed Spinner's head against the wall holding a knife against his throat.

Bakugo sent an explosion towards Shrigaki making his hand fall from his face. "Shirigaki!" Twice shouted.

"Spinner!"

"I'm done listening to your endless talking. Can you not get to the point already, or do you just like your own voice?" Bakugo said.

Dabi looked at you with a menacing glare that sent shivers down your body. "Basically what you're saying is, that you want to cause trouble and you want me and Ms. Y/n to join you."

"Well, screw you." Bakugo glared. "I like to win. I wanna win just like All Might. No matter what you have to offer me, that will never change, do you understand?"

Meanwhile, the press conference continued. "So you found a bright spot in this tragedy?" A reporter said.

"We're relieved that an entire class of burgeoning heroes still has a future." Principal Nezu responded.

"Can you say the same thing for the abducted, Katsuki Bakugo? He enrolled at your school with excellent marks. and went on to win the sports festival. Before that, he survived the attack of a powerful sludge villain who eventually had to be taken down by All Might."

"On the other hand, the violence he displayed in the finals, and his attitude at the awards ceremony both showed that he cannot control his temper." The reporter said trying to get under their skin.

"What if this is the real reason the villains kidnapped him? What if they're brainwashing Bakugo right now, pulling him toward the path of evil?"

"As for the faculty member who was also abducted. We know little to no information about her and as to why she was around UA in the first place. Maybe she assisted the villains for all we know."

The crowd gasped and Aizawa looked as if he would break any second. "As Katsuki Bakugo's teacher, I take full responsibility for not taking his violent behavior." He bowed.

"As for Y/n, she has risked her safety countless times for the sake of the students and sees them as her own family. In no way do we believe Y/n would do anything to harm the students."

"Bakugo is trying harder than anyone in his pursuit to become top hero. Y/n also has a deep-rooted hate against villains and would be too stubborn to side with them even if her life depended on it." Aizawa said.

"If the villains think they have a chance with them, then they are grossly mistaken. I can guarantee you that much."
