You walk into a cavernous meeting room, to find the three dragons waiting for you. You look them dead in the eyes.

"I'm out. I won't be part of you hurting Othello."
Kendra smiles, a dull laugh. A wicked green on her lips, the glare of bright lights fills the space.

"We all knew this day was coming. I suppose we'll just have to put another recruit on the job..."

You seem to let your guard down slightly. Kendra moves a few things around on her desk.

"But we can't just let you leave. You know too much." Things grab your wrists, pulling you down to your knees, despite your struggling, they don't loosen, and everytime you move they just grow tighter, starting to draw blood.

"Maybe you can help us before we dispose of you though."

A shock reverberates for your body, and with a guttural scream, you collapse on the ground. The world going dark as Kendra gives orders out, your gauntlet being taken away.

You struggle to get up, but your body is exhausted, lack of sleep and being worked to the bone leave you helpless as the tile warms beneath you.

"Don't worry, Y/n. We just want his tech." Kendra crouches down beside your trembling body, grinning, brushing hair from your ear. "It's an added bonus that you're caught in the cross fire, you back stabbing fool. We know you're in love."

You let out a scream, and Kendra can't help but smile.

"Take them to their job, gents. We've got a vigilante to catch."

You gasp as you shift against your bonds, the world dark and gloomy.

"Now, there's no reason to struggle. You'll just make things worse for yourself."

Again, the bonds around you tighten each time you struggle. You loosen up. Glaring at her as your hands turn red, and it gets harder to breathe.

"Donatello seems to have taken quite a liking to you. It'll be fun to ruin him."

"Don't you fucking touch him!" you pull at the things around your wrists again. The area around them swelling up.

"Oh we won't be doing anything to him. Just asking for his tech, in return for your freedom."

You shake your head, pursing your lips.

"You can't, those are his pride and joys. Just leave him be."

"We know what they are to him."

"So why do this?"

"Eliminate competition! We could be the biggest threat to cybersecurity in the country with his technology out of the way! It's a shame you didn't play a part in it Y/n. You were really very useful."

"So you used me?"

"You did everything we told you to do willingly! It worked like a charm! All we had to do was get Tan out of the way and voila! You followed us like a lost dog looking for scraps!"

"You killed Tan?" You whisper, remembering her broken face as she told you to move on. Before Donnie rescued you from that falling building.

"She'd become a liability, and didn't like the way the company was going. We let her go." Kendra's voice echoes through the room. You can hear the cheerful grin in her voice. "Now look at you! Just like her. Manipulating your friends like their putty in your hands!"

"I didn't know any better!" You yell. A maniacal chuckle builds up in the speaker. "I didn't mean to hurt anyone! I just wanted my freedom from this damn company! I didn't care who got in the way. I just couldn't anymore!"

The chuckle continues before a small 'ah' escapes Kendra, who's smile infects her voice. Crawling through the speakers. A small huffing in the room catches your ear.

"Say hello Donatello."

A few lights shoot to life, and you look into the faint glow to see Donnie, breath heaving. A lost expression on his face as he seems to crumble with the words you'd spoken into the air.

Your breath catches, and you feel like you might cry. Not Donnie.

"Donnie please I didn't want to-"

A shock courses through the machine tying you down, and as your head lolls, you find the things tying you down are exposed wires. Your skin burns against the metal. You let out another pained scream.

"Look, Othello. We won! We got into your brain and altered your mind!"

"Don't listen to her Don-" Your cut off as a scream rips through you again, your skin peeling away from your body as the electricity heats the twisted wires around you.

"Shut up! You think he wants to listen to you? After all you've put him through?"

You look up at the broken boy, pleading with him not to give up, begging him for forgiveness. But mostly to leave you there to rot. To let you face the fate you've paved for yourself.

"What do you want, Kendra?" He says, every wall you'd ever knocked down with him standing, reinforced with a thousand different precautions. He'd gotten close to the enemy.

You were the enemy.

"Leave your technology here. All of it. Whatever you have in your possession and forget you heard the name Purple Dragons."

"You'll let Y/n go?"

"You have my word, they'll no longer be employed with us."

He looks you over one more time, Before turning away and dropping his tech Bō. Removing his battle shell, and then with one final movement, lets his tech gauntlet fall to the ground. Your one hope of redemption leaving with it.

"I'll be leaving now."

"Au revoir Othello!"

"Donnie-" you call after him as he walks away, he pauses, wincing. Without looking back he keeps walking. You shout after him, but no matter how many times you call, he doesn't come back.

"Let me go!" You yell, pulling at your bonds, they keep tightening.

"Now, let's not be so hasty. We never said when we'd let you go. We've got to make an example out of you! Can't have anymore Dragons going rogue now can we?"

Electricity crackles through you, and you scream again. Your body aching from the pain.

"And we do really need a test subject."

At that moment, a door opens, and a person dressed in a lab coat, mask, and eye protection walks in carrying a syringe, no matter how much you try to get away, your bonds just tie you down tighter until you can't move.

This is just the beginning.
