°Chapter 1: And they were roommates°

(freminet's pov)

'Farther' assigned me this mission that was in liyue to help with new species and sea beast, and lower water levels, so for that I had to stay in liyue for a while. When I first got there was this ceremony going on I decided to see what was going on and why there was a big crowd. There I see a boy he had light brown eyes, with a light ring around the pupils, brown hair with red peekaboo dye with his hair half up and half down, he had fair skin and looked to be doing this thing that I overheard by the people called "Wushou dancing". I watched the boy do the dance and I will admit it was rather good.

"He would really hit it off with Lyney and Lynette"

I thought as I watched the fiery boy dance. After the performance I decided to try to find some place to stay while I was walking looking at pers since I wanted to show him the new nation we were in and so while showing pers the nation I accidentally run into traveler and the guy who was doing the performance earlier. I was not surprised that traveler knew so many people, they were a traveler after all. Paimon notices me and calls out to me

"Hey freminet! I did not know you were in liyue!"

She said with her usual high-pitched voice. I walked over to the three and paimon started speaking again.

"So freminet what are you doing here, aren't you supposed to be in Fontaine diving or helping lyney or lynette with a magic show?"

Paimon said

"I am actually here on the behalf of 'Farther' she assigned me this mission in liyue"

I spoke

"Oh, so arlecchino sent you got it! Oh, so that means... you two have not met yet have you"

Paimon said as she looked at the boy then me

"Nope we haven't!"

The boy said

"Well that makes sense since freminet is from Fontaine"

Paimon said

"Wait really!? And you came all the way from there without a guard and it looks little supply you know you could have at least packed some more things!?"

The boy said worriedly

"Oh, wait I forgot to introduce myself, my name is gaming nice to meet you I work for the Sword and Strongbox Secure Transport Agency which basically mean I'm a transportation guard so when you go back to liyue just hit me up and I'll be happy to guard you on your journey!"

Gaming seemed like an extroverted and energetic person, the opposite of me. Yet I couldn't help but feel some weird feeling in my stomach...

"Uh...Nice to meet you gaming, I'm freminet"

I spoke. Gaming just smiled and turned back to the traveler and paimon until asking me a question

"Just making sure, you do have a place to stay right?"

He said with a bit of curiosity in his voice

"No, I was just looking for one- "

I get cut off by gaming

"You can stay with me then as roommates!"

He said lively

"Until you get your mission done you can live with me!"

He said after

"Ah...sure I guess"

I did not know why I agreed to it but what was done was done. I see paimon and traveler looking at each other than to me with some weird look, I wonder why they looked at me like that

{Maybe because they ship it}

but at least now I have a place to stay even if it is being roommates with someone.
