The rest of the matches alleviated your mood a little, especially Sully's and Todoroki's match. You thought about how similar they were to each other in many ways, yet so different. They even slightly looked the same but in different fonts.
Sully really put his all into that fight, and it was obvious. For some reason, there seemed to be somewhat of tension between Sully and Todoroki. It was evident, but you couldn't tell what it might've been. After all, you'd never seen them even interact for the both of them being in your class.
You didn't get to see much of Jude's match against Tokoyami because you'd gone to Recovery Girl to heal one of your bigger wounds which took slightly longer than you'd anticipated it to. But Jude managed to beat Tokoyami, which was slightly surprising to you since your bets were on Tokoyami to win with Dark Shadow.
In the end, Todoroki took first place, Bakugo came in second, and Jude finished third. You weren't entirely surprised by the results. Bakugo was visibly furious that Todoroki had beaten him. His anger escalated to the point where they had to put a muzzle on him, as there was a real concern he might lash out at Todoroki.
The Sports Festival turned out to be quite an experience, and you ended up enjoying it more than you'd anticipated. Despite the fun, the looming pressure of your father's expectations still weighed heavily on you.
You wished you could have beaten Vienna, and there was a lingering feeling that you'd let yourself down in that match, making you feel like you'd made a fool of yourself. It was almost as if her quirk overpowered yours that easily.
Was she really that strong? Or were you just that weak?
You tried to get your mind off of things after the Sports Festival by hanging out with Tokoyami and a few of the others on campus. Everyone was talking about the dorms that were going to be open sometime in the following weeks.
"Do you guys think you're gonna be staying in the dorms? Because... I'm not too sure if I wanna yet," Hagakure thought aloud.
Sully shrugged slightly as he messed with the bandages all around his arm, "I don't really know yet. I'm probably going to talk to Hawks about it."
Everyone's heads turned towards Sully, except Tokoyami's. "Hawks?!" Hagakure exclaimed in shock. Sully responded with a blank expression, "Yeah—Hawks is my brother." Your jaw dropped at this surprising revelation; who would've thought?!
"Brother?!" Hagakure was the only one able to respond, still reeling from the shock. Sully scratched the back of his head and added, "Well, technically he isn't my biological brother." You gave him a slightly confused look but chose not to press further on the matter.
Before anyone else could say anything, Yaoyorozu and Sero walked over to where you guys were sitting which was at a table near the gates of the school entrance.
As the sun set below the horizon, the school campus was bathed in the soft glow of the streetlights. A gentle breeze rustled through the trees, causing leaves to detach and dance whimsically in the wind.
The sound of leaves crunching underfoot filled the air as Yaoyorozu and Sero approached. "Sero! Yaoyorozu!!" Tsuyu called out, waving them over. "Hello!" Yaoyorozu responded enthusiastically, her smile brightening the evening.
"What're you guys doin' all the way over here?" Sero asked as he tightened his coat after having felt the sudden breeze.
"It's more peaceful over here." Tokoyami commented. "That's true, there's still quite a few people leaving that were here for the Festival," Momo said, recognizing a few visitors still walking towards the gates to leave. "Anyways—everyone else is in the classroom if you guys wanna join," Sero said with a small smile.
