As the early morning meeting unfolded, the Demon Slayer Corps gathered before Oyakata-sama, each Hashira presenting their concerns and observations. When Kagaya inquired if anyone had questions, Uzui wasted no time in addressing his grievances.

"Master, it came to my attention that Tomioka has not been attending any meetings whatsoever. I've also noticed the lack of missions assigned to him" Uzui voiced, his tone tinged with frustration, a sentiment echoed by Obanai with a nod of agreement.

Master Kagaya sighed softly, his expression carrying a weight of understanding as he prepared to address the matter at hand.

"Ah... about that—," he began, pausing momentarily before continuing.
"Giyuu is currently on a full break and may require a few more months to recover fully. I hope that after at least 8 or 10 months, he'll be able to return to his duties."

Sanemi, Obanai, and Uzui exchanged incredulous glances, their expressions reflecting a mix of disbelief and annoyance at the perceived unfairness of the situation. Despite their reservations, they knew better than to question the decisions of their leader, and begrudgingly accepted Kagaya's explanation.

As the meeting drew to a close, the Hashira dispersed, each carrying with them their own thoughts,judgements and concerns

The courtyard buzzed with tension as Sanemi, Obanai, and Uzui aired their grievances, their frustration mounting with each passing moment. They were oblivious to the true reason behind Giyuu's extended absence, unaware of his second gender and the unexpected pregnancy that had led to his temporary leave.

Sanemi's fists clenched at his sides, his jaw tight with anger.
"This is ridiculous," he spat, his voice thick with frustration.
"How long are we supposed to wait for that shit-head to get his act together?"

Obanai's eyes narrowed in agreement, his scowl deepening as he surveyed the scene before them. "
It's unacceptable," he growled, his grip on his sword tightening with each passing second.
"We have responsibilities to uphold, and yet we're left to pick up the pieces while he's off gallivanting on his so-called break."

Uzui, arms crossed tightly over his chest, nodded in solidarity.

"It's not fair" he chimed in, his tone echoing the sentiments of his comrades.
"We're out here putting our lives on the line every day, and he gets to sit back and do nothing? It's absolute nonsense."

Their frustration reached a fever pitch as they watched Shinobu walk past them, her departure only serving to exacerbate their irritation. Obanai called out to her, a note of urgency in his voice.
"Kocho, come join us," he urged, gesturing for her to partake in their conversation.

But to their dismay, Shinobu shook her head, her expression apologetic yet firm. "Sorry, but Master asked me for a favor, so I can't stay!" she explained, her tone tinged with regret.

Sanemi's scoff of disbelief was audible, his frustration bubbling to the surface. "Kocho, you've been acting strange lately, avoiding us like the plague," he remarked, his tone accusatory.

Obanai's gaze bore into Shinobu with intensity, his voice sharp with irritation.
"Yeah, what's going on between you and that fuck face, huh?" he demanded, his frustration palpable. But shinobu just left without a response

As Shinobu's departure left them with more questions than answers, the trio exchanged uneasy glances, their frustration mounting with each passing moment. Little did they know, the true reason behind Giyuu's absence would remain a mystery to them, shrouded in secrecy and misunderstanding.
