The chapter begins right where it left off, Now that their respective trips have worn off, they slowly wake up. Blitzo glances up to see that the truth gas is no longer being pumped into the room. All are silent for a moment, Ray was shaking, seems what he saw was Probobly worse to freak him out. Alex's single eye was shut, with a noticeable eye bag around it.
Moxxie: ".......Do you remember what you said to me after my first day with the company?"
Alex heard their conversation but kept his head down, not wanting to interrupt.
Blitzo: "...Not really."
Moxxie: "I remember. You told me I did a good job and that you were proud to work with me. I feel like you wanted to say something more judgmental, but... you said that because I needed it... And it helped."
Blitzo: "Look, I'm hard on you, because I know what you're capable of, Mox. You care too much about what everyone thinks except for... me, because, y'know, my opinion is correct, but just... keep doing a good job. 'Kay? You shoot 'n kill good, you escape things easy... you can be strategic and cold-blooded when you need to, aaaand don't expect any more compliments; I'm maxed out."
Moxxie: "Thank you, sir."
Blitz: "You know my name... Use it."
Moxxie: "Thanks, Blitzo."
Alex: "........................"
Blitz: "You two awake."
Alex: "Yeah."
Ray: "Barely."
Both sounded completely out of it, Ready to sleep.
Blitz: "....So, what did you see."
Alex: "I'm guessing we each saw something different?"
Blitz: "Yep."
Alex: "I-uh, saw my dad."
Blitz: "How was he?"
Alex: "Abusive."
Blitz: "Ah, relatable."
Alex: "Mmm-hmmmm............"
Alex looked at the floor, as of his own guilt was weighing his head down. We wanted to apologise, but it was alot harder to properly say it.
Alex: "Mox..Im sorry."
Moxxie: "For what?"
Alex: "Being an asshole. Calling you a fag, embarrassing you infront of your in-laws, everything I've said and done. I can't make up for it, but I am sorry."
Moxxie: "Oh....well, thanks for that."
They all looked at Ray expectantly.
Ray: "What?"
Alex: "Nevermind."
They suddenly look up as they hear a muffled pounding coming from the ceiling. Millie crashes through the ceiling, landing with a superhero pose.
Moxxie: "THERE'S my Millie!"
Millie runs over to the four and begins to untie them.
Blitzo: "Impressive work, Mills! How'd you get here all by yourself?"
Millie and Moxxie have a tender reunion but are rudely interrupted when Loona smashes through the one-way window using Agent Two as a makeshift battering ram.
Blitzo: "LOONIE?!"
Loona: "Get your asses out here before MORE FUCKERS SHOW UP!"
Alex: "Don't gotta tell me twice, I want out of here."
